ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS”

Annotation:

this article explores the health-improving benefits of action

games for elementary school students, highlighting their potential for increasing
physical, mental, and social well-being. It discusses how engaging in action-
oriented play can contribute to improving motor skills, coordination, and overall
fitness among young learners. In addition, the article highlights the cognitive
benefits of action games such as problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, and

Properly organized action games have a positive effect on the growth of the

height of children and adolescents in the proper growth of the bone joint and the
figure of the bone system.

Of great importance to this is the action games that increase movement in

the joints of the large and small muscles of the div of children.

National and action games are important in improving blood and substance

metabolism by increasing cardiac, pulmonary function.

Special attention should be paid to the volume of physical exercises in

games.

Gradually, the child's organism gets used to the weight of training. This is of

great importance, especially in life, at work.

But the game should not allow the participants to be exhausted.
In the development of the function of important organs of children and

adolescents, active (active) multiple-repeat action (but not long-lasting) games
are very important.

Therefore, in games, muscle exhaustion and difficulty breathing (colds

should not be allowed.).

It has a good effect so that players can improve their attention and

mindfulness, as well as cultivate a positive feeling in them.

At the same time, a negative feeling in the game affects nerve activity,

health, causing this activity to be disrupted.

Regular year-round, properly organized outdoor games will help the

children's temper.

Activities of great hygienic importance are carried out in schoolchildren

with the help of fresh air and water exercises, while children are in love with
active rest and properly enjoy the sun during the summer holidays.

When correctly distributing the roles of training in games, (taking into

account the interest, ability of each player) will help their comrades themselves,
responding to each of their actions in them by carving out a sense of respect for
each other, if this is necessary during the game.

Games played as a team evoke a sense of comradeship and teach a correct

critical view of its hatti movement.

Seeing agile, clearly fast movements in players and assessing their beauty

increases aesthetic education.

Game training is especially important for organizing the correct

coordination and distributing them correctly in order to perform the right
actions, getting in with the speed in children.

Educational, educational, health-improving issues in games need to be

solved together and in unity.

Educational significance of national and action games.

Participants in national and action games repeat a variety of moves.
Having managed national and action games, it is necessary to evaluate and

develop the active appearance of the following sensations, in a proportional unit.
they are of great importance in different stages of education and development.

In order to develop agility, games are played that make hands on passing in

an environment that is changing from one movement to another.

with an unproven movement and that require the expenditure of strength and

The competitiveness of national and action games increases movement

activity, encouraging enthusiasm and Valor at the finish line.

The participant will be convinced of the advantages of games in which

obstacles are played together as a team. It is important that the games played as
a team are united, and not the isolation of the participants in the competitions.

In these games, the fact that the actions of team players in each of the

participating team action games are subject to their own ignorance of the rules
of order increases the educational importance of discipline.

Children of school age are a pedagogical characteristic of action games.
There are 2 main types of action games in educational practice, community

life and everyday life: during and out of class.

Action games in the classroom will be under the guidance of an educator-

educator. It provides for the content and size of the training, in which the
constant composition of the group of players is carried out, inextricably linked
with the organization.

The role of active participants in extracurricular Games, Group Captains of

organizers (among children) is envisaged. These games differ in the rule, the
alternation of group members, and the variety of games, the hajmi.

It is also held in residential areas with action games, at a time separated

according to the daily routine outside the classroom.

The time allotted to national and action games also looks at the age of the

participants, the time when the class should be held all year round of education,
and the type of activity and Recreation.

Sports games are the upper stage of some action games.
Conditions for sports games do not require much comfort are carried out

according to strict rules.

The content and purpose of the game will help the game to be fun with the

full action of the players and the learning of tactical elements, game techniques.

Regulations are mandatory requirements for players. They determine the

obligation and right of the participants to move from one place to another,
subject the participants to the rules of law.

Together with this, positive activity and freedom are also encouraged, while

the game adheres to the rules.

In national and action games, different they can be imitative, rhythmic,

creative. Moving, agility is required, requiring speed, strength, and other
physical characteristics. In games, short-distance running and direction-
changing jumps, movement by force, applying different motion (special)
