“THE HEALTH-IMPROVING IMPORTANCE OF ACTION GAMES IN
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS”

Annotation:
this article explores the health-improving benefits of action
games for elementary school students, highlighting their potential for increasing
physical, mental, and social well-being. It discusses how engaging in action-
oriented play can contribute to improving motor skills, coordination, and overall
fitness among young learners. In addition, the article highlights the cognitive
benefits of action games such as problem-solving skills, spatial awareness, and
quick decision-making skills. Socially, these games can promote teamwork and
communication among peers, encourage positive interactions, and shape social
skills. The article concludes by promoting the inclusion of action games in
educational settings as a means to support the holistic development of children,
while making learning enjoyable and fun.

Regular year-round, properly organized outdoor games will help the
children's temper.
Activities of great hygienic importance are carried out in schoolchildren
with the help of fresh air and water exercises, while children are in love with
active rest and properly enjoy the sun during the summer holidays.
When correctly distributing the roles of training in games, (taking into
account the interest, ability of each player) will help their comrades themselves,
responding to each of their actions in them by carving out a sense of respect for
each other, if this is necessary during the game.
Games played as a team evoke a sense of comradeship and teach a correct
critical view of its hatti movement.
Seeing agile, clearly fast movements in players and assessing their beauty
increases aesthetic education.
Game training is especially important for organizing the correct
coordination and distributing them correctly in order to perform the right
actions, getting in with the speed in children.
Educational, educational, health-improving issues in games need to be
solved together and in unity.

The participant will be convinced of the advantages of games in which
obstacles are played together as a team. It is important that the games played as
a team are united, and not the isolation of the participants in the competitions.
In these games, the fact that the actions of team players in each of the
