Perfection of the economic mechanism of management in market conditions» (by the example of unitary affiliate enterprise «Mubarakneftgaz»)

Object of research: the unitary affiliate enterprise «Mubarakncftgaz» and its system of management.
Purpose of research: development of scicntifically-thcorctical aspects of management and working out of the methodological and practical recommendations on the perfection of economic mechanism of management.
Methods of research: wider usage of theoretical thinking, scientific abstraction, the comparative and economic analysis, economic comparison, economical-mathematical and statistical grouping.
The obtained results and their novelty: the theoretical methodological bases of economic mechanism of management were studied; the internal and external factors influencing development of the economic mechanism of management arc found, and ways of their use in practice arc shown; the basic trend of the improvement of the economic mechanism of management as well as their usage was worked out; ways of the analysis of economic stability and efficiency of the economic mechanism arc identified, and also ways of their introduction into practice at the enterprises of the oil-gas industry arc determined; the scientific practical suggestions on the modernization of enterprises on the re-usage of oil-gas materials in the world economic crisis were recommended; the estimation of the efficiency of the economic mechanism of management is given and ways of their perfection arc shown; the development prognoses of the unitary affiliate enterprise «Mubarakneftgaz» was worked out taking into consideration the world economic crisis.
Practical value: the opportunity of use of practical offers of the dissertation in the enterprises of oil-gaz industry of the republic, particularly on the practice of unitary affiliate enterprise «Mubarakneftgaz».
