How to deal with problematic learners in mixed ability classes

Mixed ability classes with problematic learners are related to working with students who have various levels of language proficiency, behaviors, personalities, interests and errors. In teaching progress you can meet some students who really need teacher's help. Sometimes they have some misunderstandings with their behaviors, study or interests. Each student has the weakness, strength (which they cannot show) fear or aggressiveness .However, in mixed ability classes where some students will not even think about their future, life and career. Therefore, some students can choose their own way, and some cannot, but choosing the right way teachers will help to leaners to deal with them.
