The author aims to explore the impact of digital technologies on the content and structure of law, highlighting the new advantages and threats associated with the use of digital technologies in legal practice, and offering possible options for legal regulation of various aspects of the legal status of subjects of law, the legal regime of objects of law, virtual legal relations.An analysis of the process and main directions of the "penetration" of digital technologies in the field of law, the recognition of the binding role of information law in the "public private" system, the use of general scientific and special legal methods, including comparative law, lead the author to more general conclusions about the state of law in in general.
