Несомненный и оправданный интерес исследователей к коморбидным состояниям при ревматических заболеваниях не угасает в последнее десятилетие, однако концепция мультиморбидности еще не интегрирована ни в клиническую практику, ни в научные исследования в области ревматологии. Коморбидность почек часто встречается у пациентов с ревматической болезнью на основании регулярного осмотра показателей функции почек в сыворотке крови и моче. Когда пациенты имеют как артрит, так и почечное заболевание следующие вопросы должны быть адресованы. Является ли заболевание почек осложнением ревматического заболевания или его лечение, или они оба проявления одного системного аутоиммунного -заболевания? Данная статья предназначена для прояснения вышеуказанных вопросов и для использования ревматологами и нефрологами при лечении и мониторинге этих заболеваний.
