Investment valuation in emerging markets: opportunties & specific factors
Despite the increase in investment flow rapidly in developing countries, the presence of many negative factors such as lack of transparency, low liquidity, corruption, market volatility, poor governance, tax volatility and high transaction costs make it difficult to form universal asset valuation methods. The study analyzed 5 models and as a result showed the possibility of using the CAPM model in Uzbekistan with adjustments for political risks, as well as the credit model of the country.
