Methods of research: Theoretical studies were performed using the basic tenets of the theory of mechanics, plastic deformation, heat balance and mathematical analysis, and an experimental study in the laboratory, laboratory-production and production conditions, using respectively test and measurement instrument.

Moderning some processes and apparatus of complex melon process and ensuring of devices

The purpose of work: Lowering of temperature and reduction boiling time of concentrate in vacuum - vapor mounting, keep biological value components of melon, preventing bum by preliminary removing solid insoluble components of melon, evaporate concentration of solid substance up to 60% and more.

The received results and their novelty: It is experimental investigated physical parameters of melon, necessaries for conducting of calculation in deep processing. By mathematical planning of experiments is developed optimal parameters of considering process on basis complex quality indicator receiving of melon juice.
The practical value: It is receiving universal model and programmical ensured receiving analytical and experimental models, serviceable to usage in practical activities during melon processing in proposing line; it is developed account methodics hydromcchanical fractioncring of melon pulp in field of centrifugal force, vaporing of fugate in four-corps mounting, it is investigated regime of exploitation effective device. It is used MATLAB programm and it’s part SIMULINK, also MATHCAD for carrying out principle of synthesis procedure decision of conversing task, based to using artificial ncyrone-nct task.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: The developing scheme device fractional processing of melon juice, it is accepted for realiziation in primary processing workshop of melon of Uzbek-Turkish JV “EL KOL” in Yangiyol region, conducting practical works on inculcation in production with firm “MS NATURAL PRODUCTS”. Expecting economical effect from inculcation of results in production with productivity by raw materials 10 tn/h, achieve in average 72,33 mln sums.

Models and design methods of the broadband associative switching networks

Purpose of work: research and design of switching node models and designing methods of the broadband multilevel N-dimension associative switching networks.
Methods of research: researches based on algebraic system of associative switching, probability theory, queueing theory, group theory, z-transform methods, matrix algorithms, parametric analysis of time-probabilistic characteristics and network stricture optimization.
The results obtained and their novelty: associative switching fabric model based on group theory with alphabet A and substitution system F; switching task solution in the network modules of the associative switching system is represented as multiplication operation of multiplicative algebraic substitution group of matrix elements in RAM and program memory (function domain of Neighbourhood Single Radius NSR); analytical models of associative switching system of the ring and star structures.
Practical value: Formulas for practical design of associative switching system arc obtained. Formulas allow to choosing associative switching system parameters according specified requirements and initial data. It’s defined associative switching fabric application in switching systems have more higher performance in comparison with traditional switching systems.
Degree of embed and economic cffcctivity: results have been implemented to JSC “Uzbektelecom” and into educational program of Tashkent university of information technologies TU1T.

Also, in the first quarter of 2015 the market volume of services designed to deploy cloud infrastructures, exceeded $ 5 billion., where the share of Amazon Web Services was 29%. Due to the dynamic increase in sales of cloud services in January-March 2015 Google's revenue increased by 74%, IBM - by 56%, while revenues Salesforce.com rose by 34%. Thus, in 2018 the market of public cloud services will take place an investment of $ 127.5 billion., And their size by this time will be increased by an average of 22.8% per year, which is six times greater than the projected growth of global IT-market2.
Determination of hidden patterns, data classification, prediction of processes, as well as analysis of the studied process for large volumes of data and in terms of their uncertainty arc the main tasks of data mining. For complex, weakly formalized processes with fuzzy nestohastichnostyu and incompleteness in the source of information and situations of internal and external environment, not usually given the opportunity to build simple adequate mathematical models. Information about the parameters of such processes is usually expressed by experts in the form of words and sentences, ie, in linguistic form. In such cases, the simulation, decision-making and management tools appropriate to use the technology of soft computing (Soft Computing).
The hybrid system obtained by combining the components of soft computing technologies - fuzzy logic, neural networks and evolutionary algorithms, will have the same intellectual property as the application of knowledge in natural language. In this regard, the development of algorithms and software for generation of fuzzy models of classification tasks, assessment, forecasting and decision-making based on fuzzy inference rules, neural networks and evolutionary algorithms is an actual problem.
Therefore, there is a need to develop methods and algorithms for solving data mining, ie the tasks of building fuzzy models classification, estimation and forecasting on the basis of fuzzy clustering, configuration parameters of the model using neural networks and evolutionary algorithms and fuzzy multi-criteria optimization that occurs when building the model.
This dissertation research is aimed at solving the tasks set by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On electronic government » for the № LRU-395 of December 9, 2015, Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On measures to further the implementation of information and communication technologies in the real economy» for the № DP-2158 of April 3, 2014, «On measures for further development of national information and communication system of the Republic of Uzbekistan» for the № DP-1989 of June 27, 2013, and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers «On measures for the formation of the central database of individuals and legal persons and implementation of a unified information system to identify users of the system «Electronic Govcmmcnt»»for № 365 of December 17, 2015.
The purpose of research is to develop hybrid methods and algorithms for building models intelligent analysis of weakly formalized processes based on the method of fuzzy clustering, setting the parameters of these models with the help neural networks and evolutionary algorithm of a bee swarm.
Scientific novelty of the results of the dissertation is as follows:
proposed hybrid the methods of construction of fuzzy models intelligent analysis of weakly formalized processes;
an algorithm for constructing a fuzzy logic model intellectual analysis -classification, estimation and forecasting of weakly formalized processes based on the method of fuzzy clustering;
the possibility of obtaining fuzzy solutions in the construction of the fuzzy logic model classification, evaluation and forecasting of weakly formalized processes based on the settings parameters of the model neural networks for different membership functions;
the possibility of obtaining fuzzy solutions in the construction of the fuzzy logic model classification, evaluation and forecasting of weakly formalized processes based on the settings parameters of the model of algorithm of a bee swarm for different membership functions;
it formed a multicritcria optimization problem in the conditions fuzzy information and developed an algorithm to solve this problem;
develop criteria and algorithms for solving optimization problems and decision-making with fuzzy initial information, proved several assertions about the properties be improved solutions in terms of membership functions;
developed the technology constructing adequate fuzzy model based on hybrid methods of intellectual analysis of weakly formalized processes
CONCLUSION
Analysis of the main results of the thesis allowed us to make several conclusions.
1. A systematic analysis of the problem of constructing models of fuzzy classification problems, estimation and forecasting in weakly formalized systems, as well as the urgency of the development of methods for their solution.
2. On the basis of mathematical analysis shows that important to ensure the adequacy of the model, that is, how to properly use the current information about the subject of research in the modeling process.
3. Analysis of the fuzzy multi-criteria optimization problems generated by the construction of fuzzy model predictive analysis of poorly formalized processes, allows us to solve the problem of multicritcria optimization, resulting in the construction of classification models, estimation and forecasting processes in a fuzzy information.
4. An algorithm for constructing a fuzzy model predictive analysis of the process allows us to solve the problem of classification, estimation and forecasting processes in weakly formalized and the nature of the uncertainty of information about them.
5. The experimental studies have shown a higher efficiency of the developed algorithms in comparison with known algorithms for solving model problems classification, estimation and forecasting.
6. Analysis of the results obtained in the construction of classification models, estimation and forecasting of mining processes in the states of fuzzy information based on fuzzy clustering method showed that the fuzzy approach makes it possible to obtain adequate fuzzy decision based on any a priori information and the level of certainty.
7. Determine the properties be improved for solving the problem of fuzzy multi-criteria optimization, formed by the construction of fuzzy model, and this property contributes to obtaining effective results in addressing a number of practical problems.
8. The possibility of obtaining effective solutions for solving practical problems of classification, estimation and forecasting based on the development of algorithms for constructing models of mining state weakly formalized processes.

Mathematical modeling of dynamic processes described by one-dimensional equations of SH waves
Subjects of research: the subjects of this study are waves in porous media with complex reology, the mathematical modeling of dynamic processes of propagation of one-dimensional SH-waves, and also the investigation of the obtained in this study direct and inverse problems.
Purpose of research: the purpose of the thesis are the mathematical modeling of dynamic processes of propagation of SH-waves in which mathematical models are constructed, studying the nature of solution, existence and uniqueness of the solution to obtained in this study direct and inverse problems, the development of numerical methods for solving the problems and programm.
Methods of research: we use mathematical modeling methods, the method of characteristics for hyperbolic systems, the method of integral equations, finite difference methods, the conjugate gradient method, and programming technology.
Results obtained and their novelty: the following results are new:
- derived mathematical model of SH-wave propagation in elastic-porous media;
- constructed singular solutions of SH-wave propagation in elastic-porous media;
- a system of nonlinear Volterra integral equations of the second kind for the dynamic inverse problems for SH-waves in elastic-porous media;
- uniqueness theorem and a "in small" existence of a solution of inverse problems considered, as well as the continuous dependence of solutions to inverse dynamic problems on input data;
- developed numerical method and created program for the numerical solution to the direct and inverse problems for SH-wave propagation in the elastic-porous media.
Practical significance: the results can be used in a broad class of studies of various natural and technological processes.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the results may form the basis of special courses on the subject of mathematical modeling for senior undergraduate and graduate students.
Field of application: the results can be used in seismology and in the development of oil and gas deposits.

Purpose of work: To develop high-speed signal processing techniques to be submitted in the form of an algebraic polynomial on the basis of the signal spectrum, and their software implementation on modern signal processors.
Methods of research: a theory of functional analysis, spectral analysis in the Fourier bases, methods of calculating polynomials and elementary functions, theory of numbers and matrices.
The results obtained and their novelty: A method for transforming the signal in the area of polynomial representation, and finding the polynomial coefficients using the spectral approach, the algorithms and software for polynomial signal processing using digital signal processors; the qualitative characteristics of the developed algorithms was examined, A polynomial approach for calculating the biosignal parameters and to solve the problems of compression and audio signals smoothing.
Practical value: The algorithm for calculating the coefficients of algebraic polynomials, a set of digital signal processing was established applications, developed applications are protected by the Patent Office evidence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Degree of embed and economic cffectivity: the basic theoretical and practical results of the thesis inculcated in the Institute of Physiology and Biophysics, Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan and Institute of Microelectronics, as well as embedded in the learning process at the Department of «Computer Systems» Tashkent University of Information Technology. The total economic effect is 10 million sum in a year.
Field of application: the thesis methods, algorithms and software designed in dissertation work can be used in medicine, biology, geophysics, ecology, seismology, speech processing and audio signals.
