METHODS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE TRANSLATION OF TEXTS WITH A HISTORICAL FOCUS
The relevance of this article is related to the ongoing demand for translators of historical texts. Since the dawn of writing, there has been a demand for translations of various chronicles, scrolls and manifestos. A similar situation persists to this day, only now the popular history genre is gaining more and more popularity. A historian, like a writer, can recreate events and the face of the past, although this scientific recreation differs from the artistic one. Based on historical data, the writer at the same time always takes the path of creative fiction, without which art is impossible, and the historian depicts only what was, historically based facts. An informative historical text does not tolerate fiction, yet it is an excellent source for gaining knowledge and learning about history.
OPTIMIZATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF CARIES TREATMENT IN THE FIELD OF PERMANENT TEETH FISSURES IN CHILDREN
Dental caries is the most common dental disease in children. The problem of timely diagnosis, prevention and adequate treatment of this pathology occupies one of the leading places in pediatric therapeutic dentistry. However, before applying the sealant, the dentist faces the difficult task of assessing the condition of the fissure, diagnosing a possible latent carious lesion, and choosing adequate tactics for therapeutic and preventive measures. Fissure caries occupies the first place in the structure of carious lesions of the teeth. Based on this, the problem of prevention and treatment of fissure caries is extremely urgent. It has been established that fissure caries occurs immediately after teething. The high incidence of fissure caries is associated with the features of the anatomical structure of the fissures, the accumulation of food residues and the formation of aggressive dental plaque in the natural recesses of the tooth and a longer period of hypomineralization compared with smooth tooth surfaces. There is a direct relationship between the initial level of mineralization of the enamel of fissure teeth and the risk of fissure caries.
PARADONT INDICATORS IN EMPLOYEES WORKING WITH CHEMICAL PAINTS ILAN
The article covers the development of the disease in workers with periodont disease who work in chemical enterprises, as well as information about employees who are in contact and who are not in contact. Also, methods for assessing the development of periodont's disease are perfectly illuminated. Clinical-experimental tests conducted by several scientists among workers of a manufacturing enterprise, in which organic and inorganic compounds were applied, comprehensively substantiated the negative effects of chemical dyes, reagents, catalysts and others on the tissues of the oral cavity and in the whole organism.

CULTIVATION OF ALOE (ALOE ARBORÉSCENS) MEDICINAL PLANT IN OUTDOOR AND INDOOR CONDITIONS WITH SPRINKLER AND DRIP IRRIGATION METHODS
The article presents the results of scientific research on the cultivation of aloe medicinal plant (Aloe drevovidnoe (lat. Alóe arboréscens .)) in the conditions of Uzbekistan under sprinkler and drip irrigation methods in outdoor and indoor conditions. It was found that 2.039 kg/bush of green leaves can be obtained when grown in a mixture of substrates with manure-50%, sand-20%, soil-30% for 4 years under sprinkler irrigation.

This article examines the main directions of entrepreneurship support in the new Uzbekistan. After the political and economic reforms initiated by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, there have been serious changes in the business environment in Uzbekistan. ASSESSMENT OF FRACTURE RESISTANCE OF CAD-CAM CERAMIC CROWNS

IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF PAID SERVICES IN THE CIVIL LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
The article is devoted to the consideration of the contract for the provision of paid services on the basis of the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the issues of its improvement. A contract for the provision of paid services is one of the key elements of the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It regulates the relationship between the parties, where one party (the contractor) undertakes to provide certain services, and the other party (the customer) undertakes to pay for these services. The definition and content of the contract for the provision of paid services are given, the features, legal characteristics and classification of types of contracts for the provision of paid services in the areas of economic and socio-cultural activities are considered. The article discusses the complexity of distinguishing between the norms of labor and civil law in the regulation of relations for the provision of services, which is manifested in cases where the service is provided by an individual, and not by a legal entity. The distinctive features of an employment contract and a contract for the provision of paid services on the basis of civil and labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan are considered. Certain proposals are formulated to improve the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of application of the contract for the provision of paid services.

By analyzing international viewpoints on CSR—ranging from corporate ethics to investor expectations—the paper assesses how Indonesia’s approach fits into worldwide debates on sustainability, accountability, and corporate citizenship. This analysis aims to provide a speculative understanding of the future trajectory of CSR practices in Indonesia, highlighting potential challenges and opportunities within a globally interconnected economy.
