Today, there is much debate over the term cognitive linguistics, and there is no agreement on what exactly the term means. According to English linguists, cognitive linguistics is a branch of linguisticsIn cognitive semantics, the term "concept" refers to a mental representation of a category that encompasses a set of related objects, events, or ideas. Concepts are fundamental to human cognition and language understanding. Cognitive semantics emphasizes that the meaning of words and expressions is grounded in conceptual structures, which are shaped by our sensory-motor experiences and cultural context.

This article provides information on the nature of teachers' activities in the implementation of the program of using modern pedagogical and psychological teaching methods to improve the quality of education. The main goal of our research is to improve the quality of education in the Republic of Uzbekistan and to use computer system information in the application of modern methods. Now that we are living in the age of advanced technologies, it is necessary to make good use of the possibilities of technology that we know. In this regard, all opportunities and conditions have been created in the educational system. Information is provided about the principles required in the teacher's work in the preparation of modern science methods. The research investigates how developing these skills in educators can enhance their effectiveness in the classroom, particularly within the foundational years of higher learning. By testing the hypothesis through a rigorous research design, this study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how enterprising educators can positively impact student learning and engagement in higher education.

This article examines the history of special education in Uzbekistan from 1925 to 1990, with a particular focus on the education of blind children. Throughout the Soviet era, Uzbekistan underwent significant developments in its approach to educating children with disabilities, including the establishment of specialized schools and the adaptation of curricula and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of visually impaired students. Despite progress, challenges such as limited resources and unequal access to education persisted. The legacy of this period lays the foundation for ongoing efforts to promote inclusive education in Uzbekistan.
