Conclusion:
In conclusion, the integration of computer-based technology into English classes offers a

plethora of benefits that extend far beyond traditional teaching methods. By leveraging technology,
educators can create dynamic, interactive, and personalized learning environments that cater to the
diverse needs and preferences of students. From enhancing engagement and access to authentic
materials to promoting collaboration, communication, and providing immediate feedback, technology
serves as a powerful catalyst for transforming language education in the digital age. As we continue
to embrace technological innovations, it is imperative for educators to harness the full potential of
computer-based technology to cultivate the language skills, global competence, and digital literacy
required for success in the 21st century.

Speech is not an innate ability, but is formed and develops in parallel with the child's mental

and physical development throughout life. Communication between people using language is called
speech. According to the method of expression, speech is oral and written.

Spoken speech differs from written speech in the following way: spoken speech, sound is

speech. Written speech is graphic speech. Language is created with the help of these tools.

With the help of speech, people not only inform about what is happening at a certain time, but

also transmit the knowledge, customs, and values accumulated by mankind over the centuries from
generation to generation. Humans use language to express ideas. Of course, a person thinks about
what to talk about before expressing his opinion.

Thinking is an important tool in the growth of human speech and thinking. Communication is

the main form of interpersonal relationships, through which people interact with each other
spiritually, exchange information, interact with each other, feel and understand each other [1; 4].
Thought and speech are inextricably linked. Both oral and written speech serve for people to
communicate. Oral speech can be monologic and diological speech. A monologue, as the name
suggests, is a speech by one person.

Dialogue is a conversation between two or more people. Both types of speech are included in

the concept of active speech.

The speech is not read, but listened to. Therefore, for pure communication, it is necessary to

strictly follow the norms of literary language.

The higher the speaking technique of the speaker, the less boring the conversation will be for

the listener. The general state of mind between the speaker and the listener, that is, their understanding
of each other, is important.

Speech technique refers to the speaker's speech in various ways, based on the norms of the

literary language. Naturally, this is also the speech culture of the speaker.

When the communication culture is called, the following is meant:
1. The art of speaking.
2. Ability to listen.
3. Correct understanding of the interlocutor (objective assessment).

4. Being able to relate to anyone.
While giving a speech, the speaker should monitor the effectiveness of his speech. Otherwise,

the audience listening to it may get bored. If such a situation occurs, the speaker skillfully changes
his speech to activate the listener's attention, engage the listener in conversation and organize various
questions and answers.

Effectiveness of the speech increases if communication tools, phrases, sentence structure rules,

words, intonation (tone), facial expressions, hand movements, and pauses are used correctly in the
speech.

It is necessary to pay attention to the development of word ingenuity in the student, the

development of learning to create a story by linking the found words together, and the development
of speech technique during recitation.

*One optional word is written on the board (choose as long as possible).
*With each letter of the selected word, another new word is formed.
* One letter can be used repeatedly.
* A few dozen words can be formed from one word, and a small story is created using these

words.

This technology also makes students very active with its interesting findings. Enriches

imagination, develops and shapes speech.

Developing the student's imagination through drawing and developing speech through

describing the drawing.

Training procedure (in practical training)
*The student draws the picture he wants on the board. *Makes a story based on the picture he

draws.

*The next student continues drawing the picture started by the first student according to his

imagination and he also tells the story.

* In this way, several students can continue drawing.
The use of the game called "Appearance and character lines" in the course of the lesson is of

great importance in the development of speech, and by using this technology, the student's speech
develops significantly.

The use of this technology in lessons plays an important role in increasing the student's

vocabulary and fluency of speech.

Procedure for conducting the training (in practical training) *The student describes the

appearance and character of a person. *Who is being referred to will be kept secret.

* Depending on the given definition, other students will find out who the person is.
1. Draw a picture and describe it.
Description of technology.
The purpose of technology.
2. Appearance and character traits. It is a description of the technology.
In conclusion, innovative technologies are important in the development of speech techniques.

The wide use of speech techniques to make the speech beautiful and to increase the impact on the
listener will have a good effect. In diplomatic relations, speaking techniques are widely used and it
gives good results. That is why innovative technologies in the development of speech techniques give
effective results to students.
