INTRODUCTION

The student's overall set of personal characteristics determines how well they

communicate with children. Managing a diverse student community primarily focuses on

the intended functions of moral and professional qualities. The student's role in this
system is strengthened by their high development in these traits, making them

psychologically appealing, approachable, and understanding to other pupils. Enhancing
professional competence, determined by the level of professional education, experience,

individual abilities, and a desire for ongoing self-education, self-improvement, creativity,
and responsibility, is crucial for professional development. [1, 72]

DISCUSSION AND RESULTS

Creating conditions for the student to be perceived as a leader among peers, rather

than a figure of authority, is essential. Necessary qualities in the professional sphere
include:

general culture;

humanitarian orientation of personality and activity;

understanding school problems and having a systematic vision of pedagogical

phenomena and processes, along with the ability to make creative decisions;

mastery of modern pedagogical and managerial technologies and a culture of

communication;

creativity in thinking and professional activities, along with a reflective culture.

Recently, the issue of training students in innovative activities has become relevant,

focusing on the development of individual creative potential to ensure readiness to work

in changing conditions and improve the quality of teaching and educational work in

modern schools. [2, 196]

Improving speaking skills, especially in public speaking, is indeed crucial for

effective interpersonal communication and personal development. Here are some key
points from your message:

Importance of Speaking Skills

: Effective public speaking enhances social,

emotional, and communicative learning, contributing to overall personal growth and

success in various contexts.

Boosting Confidence

: Proficient speaking skills boost confidence, clarity, and

understanding among audiences, facilitating effective communication regardless of one's
status or situation.

Challenges in Teaching and Learning Speaking

: Teaching speaking as a second

language skill requires rigorous practice and determination due to the need for planning,

editing, and mastering pronunciation, intonation, and stress patterns.

Continuous Improvement

: Becoming a proficient speaker is a gradual process that

involves continuous practice and refinement of speaking abilities over time. [3, 225]

Improving speaking skills involves consistent practice, attention to pronunciation

and prosodic features, and gaining confidence in various speaking contexts.

The elements of the student's professional culture are not generally understood in

contemporary thought or practice. Many scientists suggest that professional instructional
culture comprises axiological, technological, human, and creative components. The

technological component involves the student's ability to build on specific algorithms,
considering the educational activity, the development of professional activity, and stages

of goal-setting, planning, organizing, evaluating, and correcting. Pedagogical technology
aids in understanding the essence of pedagogical culture, reveals historical changes in

approaches, and explains the direction of action based on social relationships, acting as a
regulator.

The student's ability to apply pedagogical process technology theoretically, perform

practical activities, make personal contributions, enrich methods, and continuously seek

the best solutions is a manifestation of pedagogical culture. A professional student's
culture is distinguished by their capacity to generate innovative, efficient solutions based

on their own and their peers' experiences. This results in a complex synthesis of the
student's cognitive, emotional, willful, and motivational mental worlds from their creative

thinking activities.

Inventiveness and aptitude in education involve a complete focus on the entire

bodily and spiritual nature, encompassing all senses and intellectual faculties. Creativity
should be the focus of all spiritual and material endeavors. At the creative level, a non-

traditional approach to solving instructional difficulties predominates, where
improvisation and intuition play significant roles. Students often start developing

instructional skills in various forms, with the creative aspect being the most significant
goal of pedagogical action. [4, 324]

Pedagogical creativity arises from the variety of pedagogical situations, requiring

adaptable approaches to analyze and solve emerging problems. It does not develop

spontaneously as a component of professional-pedagogical culture; its development
requires specific objects and sub-conditions.

In contemporary discourse, the crisis of creativity is often highlighted as a

significant challenge, with education, particularly modern schools, seen as pivotal in
addressing it. In this context, the student's personality emerges as crucial, with their

capacity for innovation being a key professional quality. This attribute enables students to
navigate the complexities of secondary education, meet the demand for highly skilled

professionals, effectively tackle societal challenges, and adapt to the rapid changes driven
by modern technology.

Creativity, viewed as the production of something novel through reorganizing

previous experiences and developing new combinations of information, skills, and

products, operates at different levels. Higher levels of creativity involve developing
entirely new approaches that transform the typical appearance of objects or fields of

knowledge. Conversely, lower levels involve expanding the application of existing
knowledge. [4, 94]

Continuous creativity is viewed as an educational activity, echoing sentiments from

Methodist philologist V.P. Ostrogorsky in the 19th century about the importance of

eloquence and effective communication in educational settings. Speech activities in
education often manifest as stage speech, eloquence, and pedagogical communication,

each serving distinct purposes in educational practice.

Competence, on the other hand, refers to the attributes enabling an individual to

judge and perform tasks effectively. It encompasses knowledge, skills, qualifications, and
personal characteristics necessary for professional success. Competence is a holistic

educational outcome that includes acquiring necessary information, planning activities,
implementing solutions, and evaluating outcomes

a vital aspect of comprehensive

education and the development of a psychological functional system.

Professional and pedagogical competence development stands as a critical issue in

modern pedagogy. It integrates theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and personal
characteristics, marking a student's development and effectiveness in their profession.

This development is fundamental for fostering effective interactions between educators
and students, grounded in high humanitarian standards and enriched by the acquisition of

human science technologies.

Pedagogical culture, integral to human culture, encapsulates the spiritual and

material values of education and upbringing. It incorporates creativity, educational
activities, and the accumulated wisdom from various historical periods, essential for

individual socialization and societal progress.

It seems like you're interested in effective strategies for improving your English-

speaking skills. Here's a summary of the strategies mentioned in your text:

Expand Vocabulary

: Learn new words daily from sources like news, songs, and TV

shows. Learning words in phrases and chunks enhances retention and application. [5, 38]

Improve Pronunciation

: Use online dictionaries with pronunciation guides and

resources like YouTube or podcasts dedicated to English pronunciation. Practice with
tongue twisters for more challenging exercises.

Understand Natural Flow

: Focus on linking words, using contractions, and

understanding stress and rhythm in sentences, which contribute to fluent speech.

Build Confidence

: Overcome the barrier of confidence by practicing English with

others, including strangers. Engage in self-talk and practice speaking English aloud to

improve fluency and comfort.

These strategies can help you develop both vocabulary and pronunciation while

enhancing overall speaking fluency. [6, 63]

CONCLUSION

In summary, the development of professional and pedagogical competence is pivotal

in modern education. It represents a synthesis of personal attributes, theoretical

knowledge, and practical skills, fostering effective educational practices and contributing
to broader societal development.
