EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract:
This article considers the introduction of the individual educational trajectory as a
navigational component in the system of social and humanitarian sciences and the educational
value of the individual approach in the educational system. Individualization in education does
not mean individual training by separating a person from others, but it means taking into
account special conditions in the formation of certain characteristics of a person, understanding
the individual psychological characteristics of each student based on science and experience.
Key words:
Trajectory, component, inclusive, education, personality, upbringing.
Education is the provision of equal opportunities for all. In the higher education system,
the important task in the future is to prepare not just teachers, but “self-governing teachers”.
The better the problem is defined, the more effective its solution can be.
A strong and consistent policy in the field of education should, on the one hand, be
aimed at achieving a high level of world educational standards, and on the other hand, take into
account the spiritual and cultural values and the uniqueness of our people. The
experience of world education development shows that the development of society is closely
related to the development and improvement of the education system introduced in this process.
An individual approach to education does not mean individual training, separating a person
from others, but rather taking into account special conditions in the formation of certain
qualities of a person, understanding the individual psychological characteristics of each student
on a scientific and experimental basis.
Modernization of education cannot be solved only by the formation of knowledge, skills,
and qualifications in the educational process. The functions of the student's personality related
to such qualities as independence, initiative, responsibility, critical thinking are implemented
through a person-oriented system of education. In this case, the student is not adapted to the
education system, but, on the contrary, the education system, taking into account all the
characteristics of different individuals (the desire for freedom, independence, the presence of an
absolutely unique system of personal thoughts, the need for self-affirmation), should allow the
student to develop his individuality (individuality), create conditions for his self-development
and manifestation. After all, any student seeks to activate and manifest his unique nature,
character traits, which are unique to him and only to him. An active approach to the student's
personality in education constitutes the concept of this system. In this case, the category of the
person “subject” is understood on the basis of the characteristics of striving for freedom,

integrity, self-development, independent learning, self-expression and activation. The
educational process and its components - goal, content, method, form, method, means - are
personally significant for the student, are implemented as a product of his personal experience.
In the process of training a growing person, an educational institution creates conditions
for them to receive education in their future specialty. The fact that the formation and
development of students' needs and abilities for pedagogical and psychological knowledge is
the main goal increases the responsibility of the professor's activity. The qualification of a
teacher of a higher educational institution should have two sides, which arise as a result of
studying special and pedagogical disciplines, and always answer the questions: “Why should I
teach?”, “How should I teach?” should seek and find answers to the questions, as well as be
based on special knowledge that takes into account the characteristics of education and
upbringing.
The issue of leading the educational process in an educational institution occupies an
important place in the internal management system of an educational institution. Its purpose is
to organize educational work in accordance with the requirements of the present time and,
based on advanced pedagogical experiences in this regard, to further improve it in effective
ways. The basis for leading educational work in a higher pedagogical institution is, first of all,
to create a pure psychological climate in the educational institution, to organize the educational
work of the teaching staff in a way that meets the requirements of the present time. It should be
noted that the reforms and positive changes in higher pedagogical institutions of our Republic,
the development of science and technology, the main directions of improving the educational
work of the educational institution are related to the modernization of education. The education
of young people in the higher education system is an important stage of continuous education.
This stage is the period of the formation of the life outlook of our youth and conscious self-
education. For this reason, at a time when the flow of information in higher educational
institutions is increasing and the processes of information exchange are accelerating, the
establishment of spiritual and moral processes requires a systematic approach, that is, the
educational process is manifested in a single form with the educational process and the
scientific research readiness of students.
Another of the most advanced countries of the East, Japan, uses the most effective and
effective method of educating citizens and young people. An educational institution is chosen
as the main place for such education. Because in an educational institution, in addition to
receiving knowledge, a child is also formed as a person. Civic education is carried out within
the framework of the "moral education" system. In official documents, the "moral education"
system is called as follows:
- education aimed at the formation of character;
- activities aimed at the upbringing of moral qualities acceptable to the state;
- upbringing of the foundations of civic morality.
In fact, this system serves as a system for educating the nation. It is also used as a powerful
ideological tool. According to many scientists, it is the "moral education" system that forms the
ideological basis of the economic prosperity of the country of Japan. Because this system is
aimed at the effective use of spiritual potential in production.
This also encourages us to analyze the work being done in Uzbekistan in this regard. In
Uzbekistan, emphasis is placed on educating an active person in all respects, achieving
maximum personal potential through ideological education, and developing the talents of each
young generation. As can be seen from the analysis, in connection with the introduction of a

continuous education system in Uzbekistan, it is necessary to study the experience of
Uzbekistan and develop recommendations for the implementation of a national personnel
training program based on the concept of "Knowledge is for every person throughout life."
In conclusion, having studied the experience of Uzbekistan in developing the education system
and adding to the above points, the following are recommended:
- in the field of education, the systematic development of international cooperation between
representatives of sectors that require modern personnel;
- modernization of national education systems, creating the necessary conditions for increasing
the quality of personnel training, their competitiveness and the need for personnel;
- in connection with the introduction of a continuous education system, the introduction of a
National Program for Personnel Training based on the concept of "Knowledge is for every
person throughout life";
- strengthening moral education before spiritual, educational and ideological education in the
education system;
- creating a fixed belief in the education system, ideological immunity to habits and views that
are alien to us;
- developing innovative propaganda technologies for the national idea and modern methods of
protecting young people from information and psychological attacks.
- treating each person as a person with a unique talent.
Based on the above recommendations, improving the status of educated, well-educated and
highly intelligent young people in society should be the main principles of reforming the
education system. Only then can we achieve high results in the field of education.
