Introduction.
Uzbekistan is flourishing in every field. Every in the field development, renewal,
rise intense pictures with growing is progressing. Uzbekistan development and flourishing old
man creativity works with Creativity
works Uzbekistan everyone in the province is
developing. Buildings and structures construction is
mainly population number with is
related. Currently in our country population number 38 million arrived. Uzbek people baby
People. Young people growing up in each house will definitely become owners of an apartment.
Due to the large population, density, and needs of the population, construction work is being
carried out in Andijan region at an accelerated pace. The apartments to be handed over to the
population must meet the requirements and be built according to state standards. Buildings built
based on state standards must be strong, earthquake-resistant, less deformed, and have a service
life that meets the requirements. Construction materials account for 55-60 percent of the cost of
construction work. The choice of modern, new, high-quality, inexpensive, earthquake-resistant,
and innovative materials is of great importance. The rapid development of construction work
also requires the development of the building materials industry. In order to develop the
production of building materials in the republic, in 2019 On February 20, the Resolution of the
President of Uzbekistan “On measures for the radical improvement and comprehensive
development of the building materials industry” and on May 23, 2019 “On additional measures
for the accelerated development of the building materials industry” were adopted. The
“Uzsanoatqurilishmateriallari” association was established to ensure stable growth rates in the
production and export of competitive products, as well as to further deepen structural changes
in the building materials industry aimed at modernization of enterprises, technical and
technological renewal. In 2019-2025, it is planned to increase the volume of the raw material
base of the construction industry based on geological exploration, extraction and processing -
13.1 million tons of limestone, 1.8 million tons of gypsum, 1 million tons of clay components,
brick raw materials, 0.1 million tons of quartz sand, 5.6 million cubic meters of displaced rocks
(basalt), and the production of stone and gravel. It is planned to increase the production of wood
chip boards and boards made of wood and other wood-based materials by 15 times, aerated

concrete blocks by 7 times, paint and varnish materials and architectural and construction glass
produced on the basis of energy and heat-saving float technology by 4 times, composite
reinforcement made of basalt by 3 times, and cement production by 2 times. We are creating
opportunities not only to supply the domestic market, but also to export to foreign countries.
Products such as floor coverings, light metal structures, basalt rovings, polystyrene plates, or
penoplex, were exported to countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and Azerbaijan. Energy
consumption in the production of building glass was reduced by half. As a result of
fundamental reforms in the building materials industry in the past period, namely in 2019-2020,
local manufacturers have mastered the production of new types of innovative, export-oriented
and import-substituting building materials - foam concrete, liquid foam concrete, cinder blocks,
gas blocks, foam blocks, polystyrene blocks, composite (asbestos-free) slate, refractory bricks,
soft roofing materials, insulating materials and products (basalt, mineral, stone), basalt
reinforcement, fiber, mesh, frit (raw material used for coloring tiles), decorative paints, mosaics
(stone, glass and ceramic), sports and household linoleum, fiberglass, fiberglass mesh,
waterproofing materials, geotextiles, geomembranes, bentonite mat (mat), geogrid, geogrid and
recomposite. Today, local enterprises are being established with Russian partners to establish
the production of cero bitumen and cero concrete, which will increase the service life of road
surfaces by 2.5 times and reduce the cost by 35-40 percent. Today, local enterprises are being
established with Russian partners to establish the production of cero bitumen and cero concrete,
which will increase the service life of road surfaces by 2.5 times and reduce the cost by 35-40
percent. A project worth 445,000 US dollars is being implemented for this purpose. As a result
of studying international best practices in introducing innovations into the building materials
industry, light-transmitting concrete, a new type of building glass, chameleon bricks, glass tiles,
self-healing flexible concrete, landscape-moving floor coverings, foam wall coverings, quartz
vinyl flooring, plastic formwork for pouring concrete, rice straw MDF panels, and composite
liquid thermal insulation coatings are widely used in construction, major repairs, and design
work.
