and vividly portray the internal struggles, mental experiences and internal conflicts of the

characters. In his works, the characters have a complex inner world where they are caught

between many opposing emotions and thoughts. These cases are expressed by the author in a

very specific style, with the help of artistic means. Such a deep analysis of the inner world of

the characters allows the reader to understand the complexity and variability of the human soul.

the characters, their thoughts and feelings become more intimate and understandable to the

reader.

MAIN BODY

Another important aspect of artistic psychologism is the coverage of the internal conflicts of the

characters. Uncle Murad artistically expresses contradictions in the human soul, such as Hope

and despair, love and hate, joy and sadness. These conflicts make the characters more versatile,

increasing their viability. Also, these internal contradictions enrich the spiritual layers of the

work, leaving a deep impact on the reader. Uncle Murad makes extensive use of artistic means

in creating psychological effects. With the help of metaphors, charms, symbols and other means

of art, he makes the inner experiences of the characters more colorful and touching. The

creation of the atmosphere in the work from a psychological point of view serves to illuminate

the mental states of the heroes. For example, landscapes of nature or the image of the

environment are used as a symbol that reflects the inner state of the characters. This approach

gives the work a deep psychological look and invites the reader to a more attractive adventure.

The artistic psychologism of Uncle Murad is not only limited to opening up the inner world of

an individual person, but also illuminates the interaction of a person with society. It describes

the characters ' struggle with the social environment, their processes of self-awareness, as well

as their struggles against social pressure and adversity from a psychological perspective. This

Artistic psychologism is the direction in which literature expresses the human mental state,

internal experiences, thoughts and feelings in a thoughtful and subtle way. This concept is

central in the work in highlighting the inner world of a person, his mental processes, feelings,

complexities in decision-making. Through artistic psychologism, the writer allows the reader to

delve into the inner world of the characters, showing their character and psychological state

more vividly and clearly. This method is of great importance, especially in modern literature,

and serves to understand the complex mental processes of a person. The main task of artistic

psychologism is to conduct an in — depth study of the mental state, feelings and thoughts of the

characters. Through this, within the work, human naturalness, internal contradictions, internal

contradictions are clearly and vividly described. Through the inner experiences of the

characters, their own thoughts, feelings, events become more thoughtful and meaningful. This

process evokes deep sympathy, understanding, and attachment to the characters in the reader.

With the help of artistic psychologism, the writer tries to show the mental complexities of a

person, the subtle layers of his inner world. [3]

The formation and development of artistic psychologism is of great importance in the history of

literature. Although it developed in the 19th century, along with the directions of realism and

naturalism, psychologism as its independent direction took a strong place in the 20th century. In

this direction, the study of the internal mental processes of a person — the states of emotions,

memories, dreams, consciousness and unconsciousness-was studied. Many great writers and

literary critics of our time have made significant contributions to the development of artistic

psychology. In their works, a deep analysis of the complexity of the human soul, its internal

actions is carried out. The main feature of artistic psychologism is that it pays more attention to

the inner world of a person than to external phenomena and events. The main focus here is on

the inner experiences of the characters. For example, they are looking for answers to questions

such as what emotions they experience, what internal conflicts they face, how they base their

decisions and how their mental state changes. Thus, artistic psychologism seeks to present the

human being as a complex, multifaceted being. The methodology of artistic psychologism

relied mainly on psychoanalytic, phenomenological and existential approaches. Each of them

offers its own methods in the study of the human psyche. The psychoanalytic approach focuses

on the unconscious experiences of the individual.[4]

The phenomenological approach, on the other hand, studies human feelings, experiences and

state of mind in the present moment. The existential approach studies the processes associated

with the meaning of a person in existence and his life choices. In literature, artistic

psychologism is carried out in the harmony of these approaches. In artistic psychologism, many

methods are used when creating psychological portraits of heroes. These include an internal

monologue, stream of consciousness (), memories of the hero, dreams, changes in his emotions,

images of opposing thoughts and feelings. Through these techniques, the writer makes the

characters ' inner world richer and more complex. As a result, the reader mentally connects with

the hero, feeling his inner experiences like his own. The uniqueness of artistic psychologism

lies in the fact that it is expressed not only in the depiction of the hero's mental state, but also in

their relationship with their environment. The inner world of a person develops in his

interactions with the outside world. For this reason, artistic psychologism in works describes

both the event and the environment in accordance with the spiritual experiences of the

characters. Through this method, the work becomes more meaningful, complex and lively.[5]

The role of artistic psychologism in Uzbek literature is incomparable. Uzbek writers, especially

in the modern era, widely use the methods of artistic psychologism in highlighting the subtle

aspects of the human psyche. Their works teranly analyze the internal experiences of a person,

the processes of self-realization, life problems and internal conflicts. This in turn increases the

reader's interest in literature and makes him think more deeply about human values. Artistic

psychologism is also important in the educational process. From elementary grades, elements of

artistic psychologism are used in the formation of students ' skills for understanding the text,

understanding the mental state of the characters. Through this, children learn not only to read

and understand the text, but also to feel the inner world of people. For this reason, artistic

psychologism is also seen as an effective tool in education. Artistic psychologism is one of the

main directions in literature that serves to illuminate the subtle and complex aspects of the

human soul. It depicts the inner experiences, thoughts and feelings of the characters in a

thoughtful and lively way. Through this, it allows the reader to understand the complex spiritual

world of mankind. Artistic psychologism occupies an important place not only in literature, but

also in the fields of education and psychology. The development of this direction will help to

further explore the inner world of a person, better understand his life problems and serve the

rise of human values.[6]

originality of his works. He deeply and subtly expresses the complexity of the human psyche,
