Today, in different countries of the world, there are changes and innovations aimed at
directing the young generation to creativity and innovative thinking. Creativity and innovative
thinking have a great impact not only on the personal development of each person, but also on
the scientific, economic and cultural development of society. Innovative thinking encourages
young people to develop society with their ideas, create new technologies, and creativity opens
up new opportunities for them. The development of these abilities in the educational system is an
important factor for the formation of modern knowledge and skills among young people. The

thinking of young people. Also, the influence of innovations and methodological approaches in
the field of education on this process is analyzed.
Creativity and Innovative Thinking: Definition and Importance
Concepts of creativity and innovative thinking are related but different concepts.
Creativity is the process of creating new and original ideas, based on originality and novelty.

difference between these two concepts and to guide young people in the right way during their
education.
Developing Creativity in the Young Generation
It is necessary to use effective educational technologies, interactive and creative teaching
methods to encourage creativity among young people. The following methods help in the
development of creative thinking for young people in the educational system:
1. The first method: Problem based educational tasks this encourages young people to
solve various problems, engages them in creative thinking.
2. The second method: Interactive lessons and group activities this develops the exchange
of ideas and creative discussions among young people.
3. The third method: practical projects and experiments will allow young people to apply
what they have learned in practice.
Developing Innovative Thinking
In the formation of innovative thinking, it is necessary to provide young people with
new knowledge and skills, to develop their critical thinking skills. For this, the following
approaches can be used in the educational system:
Analysis and Synthesis:
Young people need to critically analyze their thoughts and
synthesize new ideas.
Motivate and inspire:
Introducing young people to successful innovative achievements
and experiences will inspire them to generate new ideas.
Education and research:
To guide young people to conduct scientific research and
create innovations.
World Experience and Innovative Pedagogy
There are effective experiences in teaching young people innovative thinking and
creativity on a global scale. For example, in Japan, a special "Safe Mistakes" method is used to
encourage creativity among young people. In this way, it is recommended to learn from mistakes
and take them as a part of creating new ideas. Also, methods of actively involving young people
in free thinking and creative processes are widespread in Scandinavian educational systems.
Enhancing Young People's Interest in Innovative Thinking
In order to increase the interest of young people in innovative thinking, it is
necessary to introduce new and interesting methods for them in the educational process. The use
of new technologies, such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence and 3D modeling tools, opens
young people to new opportunities and develops their creative thinking. Also, by encouraging
young people to participate in various innovation labs, hackathons and startups, they can test
their ideas and gain new knowledge.

Pedagogical Methods and Innovations
It is important to improve pedagogical methods in guiding young people to creativity.
Methods such as conducting experiments, interactive lessons, and problem-based learning
encourage young people to freely express their thoughts and give them the opportunity to find
new approaches to problem solving. Changing methodological design and teaching strategies can
be effective in teaching young people to think innovatively.
For example, through the methodology of design thinking, young people can develop
their creativity and innovative abilities. In this method, young people experience all the
processes from problem analysis to creating new ideas and testing them in practice. Also, the
modern multidisciplinary approach encourages young people to develop their ideas in an
integrated way between different disciplines and fields.
The role of society in the development of creative thinking of young people
Positive views of society towards youth and education, attention and support to them are
one of the main factors of development of creativity and innovative thinking. The establishment
of youth centers and scientific research laboratories, as well as the involvement of young people
in various social activities, creates an environment that supports innovation in society. At the
same time, mentoring systems in both the public and private sectors strengthen connections that
help young people put new ideas into practice.
Experience of Uzbekistan: Development of Innovative Education
A number of successful initiatives are being implemented in Uzbekistan to guide young
people to creativity and innovative thinking. Based on the "Youth and Innovations" program, a
number of educational institutions are conducting activities and trainings to encourage young
people to create innovative ideas. Innovative laboratories and start-up academies were
established in the educational system of Uzbekistan, and young people were given the
opportunity to realize their business ideas. Such systems provide young people with the
necessary knowledge for new thinking and implementation.
Integrating Innovation: Education and Social Problem Solving
Teaching how to solve social problems also plays an important role in the development of
innovative thinking. It is necessary to encourage young people not only to achieve scientific
achievements, but also to solve social problems. For example, the introduction of topics such as
combating climate change, sustainable development and environmental protection into the
educational process will help direct the innovative thinking of young people not only to
economic development, but also to social justice and environmental sustainability. Such issues
encourage young people not only to create ideas, but also to implement positive changes in
society.
In conclusion
Directing young people to creativity and innovative thinking is the main part not only of
the educational process, but also of the development of society. With the help of modern
pedagogical methods, technologies and innovative approaches, young people are taught not only

to acquire knowledge, but also to create and implement new ideas. This process is important in
