STATE PROGRAMS IN DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING OF REGIONAL
INFRASTRUCTURE
Toshov Mirzabek Hakimovich

Abstract:
The formation of territorial infrastructure requires taking into account many social,
political, economic, environmental and technical factors. The Development Strategy of New
Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, developed and implemented at the initiative of the President of the
Republic of Uzbekistan, sets out such important tasks as the development of the engineering,
communication and social infrastructure system of the regions, as well as the service and service
sectors, and the effective use of existing resources
. The sustainable development of regions is
associated with increasing the competitiveness of individual sectors and the country's economy
as a whole.
Keywords:

A group of scientists in our country link sustainable development with economic
competitiveness
. Kh. Abulqosimov, on the other hand, links sustainable economic development
with the appropriate application of macroeconomic policies.
That is, the country's monetary, budgetary, tax, investment and foreign policy, through the
regulation of the economy by market laws, is described as the basis for sustainable development
. In order to achieve the goals of sustainable economic development, development strategies for
sectors and industries are developed in the regions.
In these programs, special attention should be paid to the development of infrastructure facilities.
One of the important internal factors in the regions of the country is ensuring the interconnection
of infrastructure and economic entities. In the structural study of the development of the
economy of regions, the main attention is paid to its constituent elements. As a result of
infrastructure activities, the mutual compatibility of two major links, production and service
provision, is ensured. That is, one of them does not function without the other, or the disruption
of the connection between them leads to a decrease in the efficiency of activities. Economic,
social, institutional, production and organizational aspects are important in the sustainable
development of regions. Also, the infrastructure that provides interconnections within the region
and within the country is a key factor in sustainable development. Investments in infrastructure
directly affect the economy, and their multiplicative effect is higher than the average in the world
countries by 1.59. In Russia, this value is 2.05

In the research conducted by the UN, the concept of sustainable infrastructure is to ensure that
the economy and the environment are balanced and sustainable throughout the entire period of
operation of these infrastructure facilities in the processes related to the design and maintenance
of infrastructure buildings and structures. The design and planning of sustainable infrastructure
should be inclusive, that is, the designed infrastructure should meet the interests of all parties. In
particular, it includes three aspects: high preparedness for natural and man-made disasters, low
damage to nature and people, and the ability to quickly recover after relative losses.
Sustainable development of the region includes increasing incomes, increasing literacy,
strengthening health, creating decent working conditions, and creating stable jobs. This criteria

In our opinion, the agricultural sector is the leader in the region and has its own priority even
when compared with the regions of the republic. This requires attention to the development of
agricultural infrastructure, especially logistics and storage structures. In particular, the fact that
the region can process almost half of its agricultural land is primarily due not to a lack of
production capacity, but to a lack of infrastructure related to the sector.
To ensure stable production throughout the year, it is necessary to solve the problem of raw
material shortage. This the network in development innovative and social infrastructure The
