ATTENTION TO WOMEN AND GIRLS IN THE NEW UZBEKISTAN

Abstract:
A woman is the main pillar of society and a sacred being who shapes the future of
humanity. Her qualities like motherhood, compassion, selflessness, patience and social
responsibility define her sanctity. The role of women in society is increasing not only in the
family, but also in science, culture, politics and economy. Ensuring women's rights, equality and
freedom, increasing her spiritual maturity and contributing to the development of society is very
important. This article talks about the sanctity of women and their place in society, as well as the
need to respect and pay attention to her values.

A woman is the creator of the world, the sustainer of life, a sacred being who embodies
mother and society. His role has historically been regarded with high respect and attention in
every society. The sanctity of a woman is directly related to her natural delicacy, love, patience
and devotion. He has found his place not only at home, but also in society, and has an
indispensable power in the development of culture and nation.
A woman's sanctity begins with her role as a mother. Motherhood is a great and
sacred task given by nature to a woman who sincerely wants to be a mother. A mother gives
birth to her child, raises him, raises him with hard work and raises him to be a useful person for
society. Thus, a woman, being able to show herself in society, makes a great contribution to
making the whole world peaceful and tolerant.
On March 7, 2022, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan issued Decree PF-87,
titled "Measures to Further Accelerate Systematic Support for Families and Women." This
decree approved the National Program for Increasing the Activity of Women in All Areas of the
Country's Economic, Political, and Social Life for 2022–2026, along with the complex action
plan for the implementation of this program in 2022–2023. These documents aim to strengthen
the family institution, enhance the social and political activity of women, create conditions for
them to realize their potential in various fields, ensure the absolute respect for their rights and
legal interests, provide comprehensive support for motherhood and childhood, increase the
influence and activity of women in society, reward their labor fairly, and expand efforts to
support their organizational, entrepreneurial, and business skills[1]
Additionally, a woman's spirituality, morality, and behavior are factors that define her
sanctity. A woman plays an active role not only in the family but also in spreading social and
cultural values in society. Her hearts, full of love and compassion, attract many people and play
an important role in the development of society.
Today, the role of women in society has become even more significant. Their
achievements in science, economics, politics, culture, and other fields provide numerous
examples. Women, like men, have the opportunity to test themselves in various fields and
actively participate in the development of society with their labor. Recognizing the sanctity of

women and their role in society signifies respect not only for the woman herself but also for
society and the nation.
The sanctity of women is not limited to their roles as mothers and women in the
household, but they must also play an indispensable role in shaping society in various roles.
Their right to education, the ability to express their opinions, the opportunity to work freely, as
well as the guarantee of freedom and equality, all contribute to making society fairer and more
stable.
In the New Uzbekistan, a number of laws and regulatory documents have been adopted to
protect the rights of women. The labor rights of women, their right to education, and access to
healthcare services are being expanded. In Uzbekistan, the role of women in the family is highly
valued, and necessary conditions are being created for them to engage in various fields of
activity. As a result, women are actively participating in economic, political, and cultural life,
and their role in society is growing. Significant initiatives have been implemented to involve
women in social activities and help them find their place in society. Numerous projects are
underway to encourage women to participate in politics, education, science, and the economy.
Special programs are being developed to train women in new professions, guide them toward
entrepreneurship, and ensure social security. Moreover, necessary measures are being taken to
create new job opportunities for women and ensure their equal rights in the labor market[2]
Ensuring the Health of Women
The government of New Uzbekistan has launched major initiatives aimed at improving
the health of women. Several advanced programs have been developed to protect women's health,
support motherhood and childhood, and promote a healthy lifestyle. The quality of medical
services provided to women during pregnancy and postpartum periods is being improved, and
significant progress has been made in providing women with preventive healthcare services.
The attention given to women plays a significant role in the social development of New
Uzbekistan. Ensuring their rights and freedoms, achieving equality in social, political, and
economic spheres, and increasing their role and activity in society have led to success. Women
are an integral part of Uzbekistan’s development, and strengthening their role in society is of
great importance for achieving success in science and economics.
