Introduction
The fields of economics and pedagogy are close and interconnected. The education system
serves to ensure not only scientific achievements, but also economic and social progress in
society. Therefore, effective management of economic resources in the education system affects
not only the quality of education, but also the economic development of the country. In
Uzbekistan, the importance of effective management of economic resources in improving the
education system and increasing its effectiveness is increasing. In this regard, there is a need to
ensure the optimization of funds, infrastructure, and human resources used in the education
system.
Proper distribution of economic resources in the modern education system, their effective
management at all stages of the educational process contributes to improving the overall quality
of education. Effective management of educational resources creates a solid foundation for
economic development in society, and also opens up opportunities for the spiritual and social
development of the new generation.
The importance of economic resource management in the education system
Management of economic resources in the education system is considered in two main directions:
the first is the development of the material and technical base of educational institutions, and the
second is the targeted and effective allocation of funds to improve the quality of education.
Among economic resources, teachers' salaries, textbooks and materials, repair of educational
buildings, computer technologies, and other technical means occupy an important place. These
resources determine the effectiveness of education and directly affect the quality of the
educational process.
For the effective management of economic resources in the education system, it is necessary,
first of all, to introduce clear and transparent mechanisms for planning budget allocations. Such
approaches as the application of new technologies, the development of distance learning, and the

introduction of innovations in the educational process not only increase the effectiveness of the
educational process, but also serve to save economic resources. The introduction of innovative
technologies and digital resources into the educational process creates new opportunities for
effective management of economic resources.
Effective allocation of economic resources in the education system
Effective distribution of economic resources in education not only ensures the financial stability
of educational institutions, but also serves to improve the quality of education. Economic
resources in the field of education are mainly allocated to the following areas: student services,
the infrastructure of educational institutions, wages and advanced training of teachers and other
pedagogical personnel, the introduction of teaching materials and technologies. For the effective
functioning of the education system, it is necessary to distribute resources correctly and
purposefully.
The effective allocation of economic resources in the field of education in Uzbekistan creates
many problems. Social and economic inequalities in society widen the gap between budget
allocations to educational institutions. Educational resources are insufficient for students living
in rural areas, which leads to a decrease in the quality of education. In addition, there are a
number of problems in improving the qualifications of teachers and their working conditions.
If the material and technical base of educational institutions is strengthened with the help of
innovative approaches, this will not only provide students with quality education, but also
contribute to increasing economic efficiency in the field of education. By applying technologies
in education, it is possible to more effectively manage resources and optimize the educational
process.
Optimization of qualified resources of pedagogical personnel:
In the process of effective management of economic resources, the most important factor should
be considered the optimization of the qualified resources of pedagogical personnel. Improving
the qualifications of teachers, investing in their professional development, as well as improving
their working conditions, is of great importance in increasing the effectiveness of the education
system. Through the introduction of modern pedagogical technologies, it is possible to
effectively manage the influence of teachers on the educational process. Improving the internal
systems of educational institutions and improving the qualifications of pedagogical personnel is
the most important factor influencing the further economic development of the country.
Proper allocation of resources and introduction of innovations in education
In the modern education system, the effective distribution of economic resources is ensured,
especially through the application of innovative approaches and technologies. Innovative
technologies contribute to the creation of effective mechanisms for resource management in
education. For example, the process of educating students can be optimized using distance
learning platforms, online courses, and digital resources. Also, the availability of digital
textbooks and educational materials for teachers in online systems is one of the important tools
used in the effective management of educational resources.
By applying innovative technologies in educational institutions, it is possible to save resources
and increase efficiency. By implementing technological innovations at all levels of the education
system, it is possible not only to improve the quality of education, but also to expand the
opportunities for students to acquire modern knowledge.
Conclusion
Effective management of economic resources in the education system has a great influence not
only on improving the quality of education, but also on the economic development of society. It

is necessary to properly distribute economic resources in the field of education, expand
opportunities for students to receive education, develop the material and technical base of
