INTRODUCTION.

The traditional way of education, which is considered to be the transfer of knowledge that is

unique to a person, is not enough. Because science and technology have developed to such an

extent that a person can no longer remember even the most basic ideas in a single subject. For

this, young people, who are taking an independent step into a life of constant changes, are not

ready for such changes, both intellectually and spiritually, but can find their place in the struggle

of free people. Today, a rich experience has been accumulated in the education system. For

example, business games, computer training, individualized training, humanism, cooperation,

personal free education, etc.

LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND METHODOLOGY.

To take inspiration from today's foreign experiences, to implement them in practice with a

creative approach, to produce regulatory documents, educational literature, educational

methodological complexes that meet the requirements, and to develop the knowledge and skills

of leaders and modern scientists of preschool educational institutions in modern management

and pedagogical technologies based on best practices. Therefore, the decree made a fundamental

decision regarding preschool education. These include the Decree of the President of the

Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ2707 dated December 29, 2016 “On measures to further improve

preschool education in 2017-2017”, “On measures to radically ensure direct provision of

preschool education” and “On measures to radically ensure management of the education system

in 2017” No. PF-5198 dated December 30, 2017.

The emergence of the “Concept of Preschool Education” was the beginning of a heated

discussion of theoretical and practical issues related to updating the content of preschool

education, testing new pedagogical technologies in general practice, and studying new methods

and forms of teaching by teachers. The development of innovative processes in local preschool

education is reflected in normative and program-methodological documents. This work involved

the participation of specialists from all levels of education, methodological services, science and

practice, creating a unified educational space. The sphere of preschool education is considered

the primary link in the continuous education system, which is of paramount importance in raising

a healthy and well-rounded child and preparing him for school. During the years of

independence, the education system and the upbringing of a well-rounded generation in the

Republic have risen to the level of the main priority areas of state policy. However, the

conducted analyses show that the effectiveness and results of the work carried out in the field of

preschool education are not sufficient. In particular, the lack of modern pedagogical technologies,

didactic tasks and developments, modern forms and methods for preparing children for school in

the MTT, the insufficient analysis of the experience of developed countries and the lack of

implementation of special state educational programs aimed at social, personal, emotional,

speech, mathematical, physical and creative development, familiarization with the environment,

the majority of the working pedagogical staff are not creative, and the lack of monitoring of the

quality of education and upbringing [1]. In addition, since monitoring the quality of preschool

education is not structurally and organizationally provided, assessing the quality and

effectiveness of the educational process in preschool educational organizations does not meet the

requirements of the time.
The development of information technologies is of great importance in modern society. Under

the influence of the Internet, changes are taking place in the structure of society, this is a very

interesting topic for scientists. The reason for this is the ambiguous impact of the Internet on

people and society, which has both negative and positive consequences. The phenomenon of

Internet addiction, which is discussed by foreign sociologists, is primarily Internet addiction,

manifested in the fact that people spend a lot of time on the network and forget about their duties

and real problems [2]. Unlimited use of computers and the Internet is especially dangerous for

children. Spending more time in front of computer monitors leads to excessive visual activity,

and therefore to the development of myopia. There are digestive problems, headaches, and

difficulties with concentration. Speaking of the latter, we see that almost every Internet resource

is based on the principle of “reading and seeing what is available”. Many sites show vivid

graphic advertisements, trying to attract the attention of people even with an iron mind. One of

the most dangerous consequences is a decrease in emotional contact and communication with

family and friends in real life, which leads to a number of psychological problems. Of course, the

Internet also has a positive character. For example, it promotes education, there are various

websites for parents that contain valuable materials for raising and educating children (online

games, online lessons, drawing courses, English, etc.). Many sociologists look at the problem of

Internet addiction from the point of view of its impact on the socialization of young people.

Through the Internet, all conditions have been created for a person to participate in public

activities early. With the help of a computer, he can participate in all spheres of social life.

However, this phenomenon is studied from two perspectives [3]. Not all scientists agree that

early participation in all spheres of social life (politics, business, culture, etc.) has a positive

effect on the development of the individual. It has been established that each stage of

development occurs at a certain period of adult life, and the child often does not want to give an

appropriate assessment of what is happening. It is worth noting that free access to resources and

freedom of speech lead to the creation of a certain type of culture on the Internet. Users form

online communities based on their interests, similar opinions and worldviews, communication

and information exchange on forums and sites. In such a community, a user has a status that is

determined by their application or authority in this community. People who have a high status in

real life usually remain in the virtual world.
Here are some of the communication features that exist in Internet communication:
1. Non-verbal communication in online communication loses its significance.
2. Anonymous communication. Due to anonymity, you can not only not imagine a teenager

based on his psychological characteristics, but also create a different picture that is significantly

different from reality [4].
The positive aspects of expanding the circle of communication are increasing awareness in

certain areas and eliminating the lack of communication. No less important is the fact that

computer use affects the social, psychological and interpersonal status of a person. People who

are depressed or have difficulties with social adaptation often use the Internet to overcome the

difficulties of real human interaction. In addition, the Internet offers such opportunities for

anonymous social communication as a means of “exiting” from reality (where a sense of security

during implementation is especially important)[5]. The ability to create imagination and

achievements (including the ability to create new images that cannot be realized in real life (for

example, full access to information) is the main danger - people who cannot imagine life without

the Internet and cannot build relationships in real life; a wide range of skills to search for an

interlocutor based on a number of criteria, which is often impossible in real life (it is important to

remember that there is no need to pay attention to any one interlocutor, since you can

communicate with several interlocutors at the same time). It is also worth noting that the Internet

creates great opportunities not only in the field of communication, but also in accessing

information resources. One of the distinctive features of the Internet is the absence of restrictions

on obtaining any information. However, uncontrolled access to Internet resources poses serious

potential threats to people [6].
“Modern educational methods” mean interactive methods that serve to independently solve the

pedagogical problem set before students in the study of preschool educational organization

activities. The most optimal way to achieve the effectiveness of literary education is the use of

modern pedagogical technologies in the process of teaching science classes in preschool

educational organizations. If the classes of a preschool educational organization are organized in

a modern way, the students will develop the skills of effective communication and the ability to

correctly, fluently, expressively express their opinion and defend it well. The effectiveness of

education depends on the thorough mastery of theoretical and practical knowledge of the basics

of the theory of modern pedagogical technology by educators. Modern methods activate students,

they will more deeply understand the essence of short stories during mutual discussions. If

classes are organized in collaboration with students, small groups are formed, and tasks are

assigned not to individual students, but to small groups, the need and skills of children to work

together arise. The methodology of modern organization of preschool educational organization

classes should be given practical and methodological attention and serve to expand the scope of

opportunities for educators to work on the basis of a competency-based approach. Before

organizing preschool educational organization classes using interactive methods, it is necessary

to conduct special training seminars on the spot, aimed at purposeful and effective organization

of innovative activities of educators. In order to equip educators with modern technologies for

preschool children, a methodological manual entitled “Technologies of modern organization of

preschool educational organization classes” should be created.

CONCLUSION

Today, our society is interested in educating a new generation of initiative-oriented reformers,

strategically thinking, knowledgeable and qualified personnel. Therefore, all levels of education

are being reformed - from kindergarten to higher education. Therefore, to increase the

knowledge and level of not only today's youth, but also the entire members of our society, we

need, first of all, science, enlightenment, and high spirituality. As the President of the Republic

of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted, “Where there is no science, there will be

backwardness, ignorance, and, of course, deviation from the right path.” As the wise men of the

East said, “The greatest wealth is intelligence and knowledge, the greatest heritage is good

upbringing, the greatest poverty is ignorance!” Therefore, for our youth, mastering modern

knowledge, becoming truly enlightened and possessing high culture should become a continuous

vital need. In order to achieve progress, we need to master digital knowledge and modern

information technologies.
