INTRODUCTION
The conditions created in our country, the achievements made, the higher schools of
entrepreneurs "The dream of a new Uzbekistan, in relation to our days, is the ideological and
spiritual basis that determines the true nature, driving forces and factors of the era, the creative zeal
inherent in our people and a clear expression of our large-scale reforms", Economics is the field of
study of the sphere of production, distribution and trade, as well as the consumption of goods and
services. In general, it is defined as a social sphere that emphasizes the practices, discourses and
material expressions associated with the production, use and management of scarce resources.
Today, the new educational paradigm is to raise the knowledge, skills and qualifications of
teachers of vocational educational institutions from the level of information provision of
education to the level of management of their development in the formation of a person. In this
process, the creation of new educational literature plays a special role, which is a leading tool in
raising the education system to a qualitatively new level. Based on the Law of the Republic of
Uzbekistan “On Education” and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On
additional measures to further improve the professional education system” No. PF-5812 dated
September 6, 2019, a new system of primary, secondary and secondary specialized professional
education, harmonized with the levels of the international standard classifier of education, and
differentiated educational programs have been established on the basis of vocational colleges
with a 3-year compulsory education. This system has been highly appreciated by international
organizations for being organized in accordance with international standards. Several projects are
currently being implemented with many foreign partners to build trust in and develop the system.
DISCUSSION AND RESULTS
Entrepreneurship is understood as the activity of people to produce goods and provide
services by using their own funds, property, knowledge and capabilities on a risk-taking basis in
order to make a profit. They are understood as people who take risks to create goods and

services in order to make a profit. The economy is the main branch of the complex
infrastructure that has its place in the state.
Entrepreneurship starts with a business idea. How correctly the business idea is chosen
is one of the most basic and initial factors of business success. But a business idea alone is not
enough for a successful business. For this, a plan based on precise calculations must be drawn
up. How and to what level can we introduce entrepreneurship, that is, small business, in general
secondary education and vocational schools? In this, we can mainly use private
entrepreneurship. That is, we can do it in cooperation with our family members.
If we comment on the saying of our great ancestor Amir Temur, "One enterprising,
courageous and determined, determined and alert person is better than thousands of indifferent
and indifferent people." As can be seen in the Middle Ages, it was said that enterprising,
enterprising, alert people are better than thousands of indifferent and indifferent people. It was
said that they are beneficial to people.
Speaking about the tasks facing us in the field of economics, first of all, it should be
noted that comprehensive economic reforms basically emdiv the following goals.- An open
economy, healthy competition, and a fundamental improvement of the business and investment
climate.
-
reducing state participation in the economy and increasing new jobs through the rapid
development of the private sector.
-
training qualified personnel capable of implementing strategic tasks for the development
of the economy. To achieve these and similar goals, it is necessary to implement priority tasks.
1) We must ensure macroeconomic stability and high economic growth rates.
2) Consistently continue an active investment policy, which is an important condition for the
development of our economy.
3) It is necessary to rapidly continue reforms in the banking and financial system, and widely
introduce modern market mechanisms into the sector.
4) Our citizens should be interested in paying taxes on time, not avoiding them.
5) Work to support entrepreneurial activity will be intensively continued
CONCLUSION
In order to organize the educational process at a high level in professional
educational institutions, the issue of creating and delivering to students new forms of modern
educational literature that meet the state educational standard and international educational
standards is urgent. Today, the analysis of educational and electronic educational literature
recommended for use in educational institutions is becoming one of the issues awaiting its
solution. This is because in the formation of a new educational system, it is necessary to
familiarize students with the latest information. In addition, as a result of changes and
technological innovations in economic sectors and changing requirements for graduates in

the labor market, it is necessary to constantly update educational literature. In accordance
with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-5241 dated
August 31, 2021 “On measures to strengthen the continuity of the educational process
between higher, secondary specialized and professional educational institutions and
production practice with industry organizations”, higher educational institutions are carrying
out work to provide their affiliated technical schools with educational and methodological
materials (sets of teaching materials, didactic materials, practicums, technological maps,
electronic resources, foreign educational and scientific, etc.). The procedure for the
preparation, publication, delivery of educational literature for professional educational
institutions and the establishment of requirements for use in educational institutions,
approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, has created a legal
framework for providing professional educational institutions with new educational literature.
This includes identifying needs for educational literature, forming a team of authors
consisting of professors and teachers to create new educational literature, publishing it, and
making it available to students for use.
