territorial and innovative approach to the
research and improvement of this system It is
important to apply such approaches and use them
correctly according to their content

One of the important features of the pedagogical
team is that its professional activity occupies a
leading position. Specialists pay special attention
to the pedagogical team's efforts towards a
common goal. The best teacher is one who can
work effectively with a group of students. Such
pedagogues have a common opinion with
students, can convince them, provide help in
necessary situations, and have a tolerant attitude.
The social activity of teachers is also of special
importance for the student community. This
activity inspires them, encourages them to set an
example and mobilize. Because the student's
personality is formed in the process of activity.
The diversity of this activity allows each student
to realize his individual strengths.

The directions of interaction between the
teachers and the student community appear as
the foundation that strengthens this community.
There are many differences between the teachers
and the student div. Their differences are
natural. This is first of all reflected in the age-
related characteristics among them. Because the
students have less life experience compared to
the teacher. From the point of view of students,
the teacher's life experience has a character that
develops them. Even though the teacher has more
life experience than the student div, he does not
pay enough attention to self-development.
Students strive for self-development in order to
acquire new life experience.

Regardless of the age characteristics of the
teacher and students, the goal of education is
focused on harmonizing the capabilities of
subjects. Teacher teaches, students learn. This is
an objective process for the education system.
Undoubtedly,

the

teacher's

professional

knowledge, experience, skills, communicative
competences encourage each member of the
student group to act as a subject of his life activity.

It is also necessary to recognize the diversity of
the teaching profession for the team of educators.
The pedagogue performs the duties of a subject
teacher, class leader, and club leader at the same
time. In the process of performing his duties, the
pedagogue leaves the school and enters the
micro-society environment. Working with
parents, improving the pedagogical knowledge of
the members of the society, is one of the
important tasks of the pedagogical team.

One of the important tasks of a teacher is to
ensure the combination of individual work and
collegiality. School principals and deputy
principals do not individually solve the tasks
facing the educational institution. They discuss
issues related to the life of the educational
institution at different levels of management.
These are school pedagogical councils, school
councils, associations.

The duration of professional work can be
included among the tasks performed by the team
of educators. Pedagogical work is distinguished
from other types of work by its inexhaustibility.
The teacher's duties are not limited to lessons and
educational activities. The scope of pedagogical

activity is wide and covers the issues of everyday
social life. This limits the strength and capabilities
of the teacher and creates difficulties in ensuring
the necessary professional development.

Another important feature of the pedagogical
team is the emergence of secondary functions in
its members. The majority of pedagogues in
schools are women. On the one hand, this is a
positive phenomenon. Because women know the
characteristics of learners of different ages and
can give them more love and attention. Gradually,
women are more inclined to carry out educational
processes. On the other hand, the large number of
female pedagogues joining one team is causing
conflicts. Because contradictions and depression
are more characteristic of women than men.

During the educational process, pedagogues
encourage all members of the student group to
acquire independent knowledge and show
creative activity. In the process of mastering the
basics of socio-humanities, students deeply study
social, economic, political, and legal relations in
society and make important decisions about
taking a worthy place in the development of the
country's economic power. Teachers encourage
them to discuss and engage in active dialogue
during group activities. In doing so, they use
cooperative activity methods taking into account
the psychological characteristics of the students
in the team. The teacher should accept the
behavior and skills of students as a partner in
their learning process.

Teachers who are familiar with the method of
diagnosing the activity of the student group

control their development level in accordance
with the educational situation. Most of the
pedagogues do not pay enough attention to
diagnosing the activities of team members and
identifying existing gaps due to their inability to
allocate time properly. First of all, pedagogues
should be familiar with the method of diagnosing
the activity of the student group. In addition,
pedagogues should get used to regular analysis of
their professional activities aimed at working
with their students. They are responsible for the
effective development of the student team, the
establishment of a healthy pedagogical and
psychological

environment

among

team

members.

The following signs of professional competence
are observed in teachers who have the ability to

work with a group of students:э

teachers who have the ability to work with a
group of students should have developed their
own, authorial model;

pedagogues are required to have created a
project for working with a group of students;

in this case, they need to determine the
content of assignments, taking into account
the interests and flexibility of students.

It is appropriate to take into account the
experiences of independent, creative activities of
students. The teacher is always required to
convey to the students that they should acquire
the type of activity that will be important in the
future. The teacher should be able to create
favorable pedagogical situations so that the
members of the group of students can express

themselves creatively, spiritually, morally. With
the help of the creative environment created by
the teacher, the desire of students to enjoy
beauty, to strive for it, and to make things that
express beauty will increase. In the process of
working with a group of students, the pedagogue
is required to support any enthusiasm and
aspiration they have. It is important for the
teacher to regularly observe and understand the
changes in the student's personality. For this, he
should use the existing diagnostic methods as
well as the methods he created. This ensures that
the students will be able to cooperate with the
team in the process of working with them. The
teacher should analyze the pedagogical activities
aimed at working with the group of students and
identify the shortcomings. As a result of working
with the group of students, the pedagogue uses
innovative methods, looks for opportunities for
development of all members of the group of
students, interacts with them on the basis of
dialogue. Such teachers absorb the positive
experiences of all members of the pedagogical
team and try to apply them in their work.
Experienced pedagogues try to develop all
members of the student community by combining
them into small groups based on their individual
characteristics.

First of all, the pedagogues gained the ability to
implement pedagogical activities in the direction
of working with a group of students in 4 stages.

At the first stage, pedagogues should create
activists among the class team, set strict
pedagogical requirements for team members, use
methods of influencing the team, use tools to

further develop organizational skills in active
students, be able to describe the individual
characteristics of each student as the head of the
class, teach the students of the class team to the
educational institution and class They showed
that they have acquired the ability to teach them
to follow the uniform requirements, to work with
the class captain and the activists around him, to
regularly explain to the students the tasks they
perform in the team.

In the second stage, determining the influence of
activists on the team, comprehensively analyzing
their management skills, instilling the qualities of
initiative, independence, responsibility in the
members of the class team, re-educating leaders
as managers, encouraging team members to show
social activity, working separately with students
who are self-absorbed and have deviant behavior,
cooperation with their parents, expanding the
influence of activists on the development of the
student community, assigning part of their tasks
to activists and effective cooperation with them,
widely promoting school traditions among the
class community and transforming them into
their activity, supporting the initiatives of the
members of the class community - it became
known that they have acquired the ability to
support and encourage them, to unite the
members of the student team around a single
goal, to divide the student team into micro-
psychological groups based on in-depth study.

At the third stage, pedagogues strengthen their
position among team members by setting clear
requirements for students, focusing the attention
of activists on idle assimilating students,

expanding the ranks of activists, looking for ways
to make the student team cohesive, using them
effectively, and learning about the activities of
student team members. collecting, analyzing,
summarizing information, determining what
goals each member of the team has set for
themselves, encouraging them to move towards
the goal, exchanging different roles performed by
the members of the class team, demonstrating
that they have acquired the ability to form vital
basic competencies in them by organizing
cooperative activities among students they did

At the fourth stage, pedagogues direct the
members of the student community to self-
education, organize various pedagogical activities
with them, taking into account the psychological
and gender characteristics of adolescent students,
develop and implement artistic, aesthetic,
educational activities that serve to enrich and
demonstrate the personal qualities of the
members of the community. pedagogues also had
the opportunity to determine the trajectories of
regular development of their abilities to work
with the student div.

C

ONCLUSION

In conclusion, it can be said that the valuable
attitude of teachers towards the group of students
is an important condition for the organization of
collective activities. It is necessary to approach
the development of the teacher's ability to work
with a group of students from the same point of
view. First of all, it is important for teachers to be
able to unite the group of students and start

cooperation with them. The pedagogical team of
the school should evaluate the work of each
teacher from this point of view. Socialization of
members of the student community is one of the
important tasks of pedagogues.

It is necessary to analyze the work of teachers in
the direction of developing their abilities to work
with a group of students during independent
learning, seminars, method days, trainings,
conferences and professional development
processes, and make sure that they have
improved a number of skills.
