BSTRACT
This article examines the crucial role of instructors of Russian as a foreign language in shaping language
skills of learners. The author emphasizes the necessity of an individualized approach, taking into account
the diverse levels of student preparation and their various motivations. The role of modern technologies
in enriching the educational process is also highlighted.

NTRODUCTION
In the modern world, proficiency in foreign
languages is becoming an increasingly important
factor for success in career and social life.
Teachers, who play a key role in shaping students'
language skills, are faced with the task of creating
effective learning materials. The role of a teacher
in this process extends far beyond simply
conveying information - it is a creative and
responsible task of building a knowledge base
and stimulating interest in the language.
First and foremost, a teacher must carefully
analyze the needs of their students. This includes

cultural backgrounds, and specific learning goals
of each student. Successful teaching starts with an
individualized approach, and instructional
material should be adapted to the needs of a
particular group or student.
Considering the diverse levels of proficiency in
the Russian language among students, ranging
from beginners to those with some experience,
the
teacher
should
conduct
individual
assessments of each student's skills and adjust
the instructional material accordingly to their
level of preparation.
Taking into account the various motivations of
students, such as work, study, travel, or personal
development, the teacher should ascertain their
specific goals, create learning materials that best
fit students' individual needs, and support their
learning objectives effectively.
It is necessary to identify the individual
educational needs of students, as some may
require a deeper study of grammar, while others
may need more practice in spoken language.
Based on this information, develop lessons that
correspond to the individual needs of each
student.
Language is closely tied to culture, and teachers
should incorporate cultural elements into the
instructional material. This not only enriches
students' experiences but also helps them
understand language nuances in context.
Examples could include literary works, folklore,
music, and traditions.
Incorporating thematic lessons on Russian
culture, history, and traditions allows students to
better understand the context of language usage.
Projects related to the study of cultural aspects,
such as preparing presentations on Russian
cuisine, art, or holidays, can also be effective.
A personalized approach involves using various
teaching methods to meet the needs of students
with different learning styles. For instance, for
visually-oriented
students,
incorporating
graphics and videos may be effective, while for
auditory learners, audio recordings and dialogues
may be more suitable.
Teachers can provide individualized feedback
tailored to each student's specific strengths and
weaknesses. This helps them more effectively
overcome challenges and focus on developing
their skills.
Educational content can be adapted based on
students' interests. For example, if a student has
professional interests, the material can focus on
topics related to their future career.
A personalized approach may involve the use of
technology such as online platforms, applications,
and interactive learning materials, allowing
students to study at their own pace and in the
most effective way.
Tailoring Russian language instruction to
individual needs takes into account students'
unique requirements, fosters their motivation,
and creates favorable conditions for effectively
acquiring language skills at various proficiency
levels.

Various interactive teaching methods, such as
role-playing games, group discussions, and
project-based assignments, contribute to more
effective learning by students. This approach
considers different learning styles and makes the
learning process more interesting and engaging.
Interactive teaching methods provide students
with the opportunity for active participation in
the learning process, which promotes deeper
understanding of the material. They make the
learning process more interesting, diverse, and
engaging, which can increase students'
motivation and help them maintain interest in the
subject throughout the course.
Group discussions, role-playing games, and
project
assignments
contribute
to
the
development of communication, collaboration,
and problem-solving skills in a group setting.
These are important skills that students can apply
in their future careers and personal lives.
Thus, diverse interactive teaching methods not
only make the learning process more interesting
and engaging but also contribute to deeper
understanding of the material, increase student
motivation, and develop their communication
and social skills.
Maintaining open and regular exchange of
opinions between the teacher and students
fosters a positive educational atmosphere where
students feel comfortable. This promotes the
formation of trustful relationships between the
teacher and students, which, in turn, can
contribute to better assimilation of educational
material.
Sharing opinions contributes to the development
of students' critical thinking and may encourage
active participation in the learning process. When
students feel that their opinions matter, they
become more motivated and interested in
learning. This can lead to a deeper understanding
of the material and achievement of educational
goals.
Moreover, sharing opinions can enrich the
educational experience. The teacher, with
experience and knowledge, can provide
additional
information,
examples,
and
perspectives, thereby expanding students'
horizons.
Thus, maintaining open and regular exchange of
opinions between the teacher and students plays
an important role in shaping the educational
environment, promoting the development of
critical thinking and student motivation, and
enriching the educational experience.
The implementation of modern technologies,
such as online resources, mobile applications, and
web platforms, can significantly enrich the
educational process, making it more attractive
and accessible to students.
In general, effective teaching of Russian as a
foreign language requires flexibility, an
individualized
approach,
and
continuous
interaction taking into account the needs of each
student.
Teachers can enrich the educational process by
using a wide range of educational resources, such
as textbooks, video and audio materials,

the

material.
Emphasizing the communicative approach in
teaching Russian as a foreign language highlights
the importance of developing students'
communicative skills. This method focuses on
students' ability to use the language in real
communication situations, paying attention to the
development of speaking, listening, reading, and
writing skills. The communicative approach aims
not only to form grammatical structures but also
to enable successful communication in Russian in
everyday life or professional spheres. This
ensures a more practical and applicable use of the
language, facilitating effective assimilation and
implementation in real situations.
