THE PHENOMENON OF "HUMAN TRAFFICKING" IN UZBEKISTAN AND THE STAGES OF FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM TO COMBAT IT
This article explores the phenomenon of human trafficking in Uzbekistan, examining the socio-economic and political factors contributing to its prevalence. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the stages in the formation of the national system designed to combat human trafficking, detailing the development of legal frameworks, institutional mechanisms, and preventive measures. The study highlights the challenges faced in implementing effective anti-trafficking strategies and the progress achieved over the years. By assessing the efficacy of current policies and practices, the article aims to offer recommendations for strengthening Uzbekistan's approach to combating human trafficking and improving the protection of victims.
LEGAL BASIS OF DEVELOPMENT OF UZBEK PARASPORT
In this article, a chronological analysis of the normative and legal documents adopted for the development of parasport in Uzbekistan, the tasks and tasks defined in the field, their scope, the state of implementation, as well as such laws, decisions and relevant documents for parasport coaches and athletes, it served as a road map, and the successful participation of our representatives in the international Paralympic and Para-Asian games based on systematic preparation is discussed.

EXPLORING THE CONCEPTS OF “MULK”, “MALAKUT” AND “JABARUT” IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF AZIZ NASAFI
This article delves into the intricate metaphysical concepts of "Mulk," "Malakut," and "Jabarut" within the philosophical framework of Aziz Nasafi, a distinguished scholar of medieval Islamic thought. These concepts form a tripartite cosmological hierarchy that delineates different levels of existence, ranging from the material realm (Mulk) to the spiritual realms of sovereignty (Malakut) and omnipotence (Jabarut). Drawing on Nasafi’s seminal works and scholarly interpretations, this study examines the ontological significance of each realm, their interrelations, and their implications for understanding the nature of reality and the human quest for spiritual enlightenment. This article serves to deepen our understanding of Aziz Nasafi’s metaphysical concepts of Mulk, Malakut, and Jabarut, highlighting their significance in Islamic philosophical thought and their implications for understanding the hierarchical structure of existence and the spiritual dimensions of reality.
THE ROLE OF WOMEN SCIENTISTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENCE IN THE RENEWED UZBEKISTAN: CURRENT STATE, PROBLEMS
This article examines the reforms carried out in the renewed Uzbekistan and the principle of human interests and its high value in their fundamental essence. Based on this principle, public attention to women, the importance of regulatory documents aimed at increasing their participation, prestige and place in the life of the state and society, protecting their rights and legitimate interests, their practical implementation, existing problems among women are covered. Based on the strategy of Gender development, prospective development trends were analyzed. The novelty of the issue raised in the article was from the problems of today, when the proportion of women in the fields of science was analyzed in the section of Sciences. This study was studied on the example of Jizzakh State Pedagogical University and showed the current achievements and problems.
Also, in the development of Science in Uzbekistan, proposals and recommendations were developed aimed at further increasing the share of women scientists.

The article discusses the impact of religious radicalization problems on the security of Uzbekistan in the Tajikistan-Taliban conflict.

Ultimately, this study provides insights into how ethical considerations and human rights advocacy can inform and enhance political dynamics, offering a framework for understanding and navigating the complex nexus of these critical areas.

Secularism, as a principle advocating the separation of religion from state affairs, has played a pivotal role in shaping modern democratic societies. This research explores the origins of secular thought, from its early expressions in ancient civilizations to its formalization during the Enlightenment and its contemporary manifestations. By tracing the historical progression of secularism, this analysis reveals how different cultures and political systems have adopted and adapted secular principles to address changing social needs and conflicts. The study also investigates the challenges and contradictions that secularism faces in multi-religious societies and its ongoing relevance in a globalized world. Through a comparative approach, this research highlights the diverse interpretations and implementations of secularism, shedding light on its role as both a unifying and divisive force across different epochs. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of secularism's influence on the evolution of societal norms, legal frameworks, and human rights.
