In the study, the author focuses on the development of regulatory approaches to the functioning of the financial sector in the context of digitalization. The concept of financial technology is considered. As examples, new digital solutions currently being introduced in the financial sector are indicated. The main problems associated with the implementation of digital technologies in the activities of the subjects of the financial system are revealed. It is concluded that for the successful further development of the Russian financial sector, it is necessary, with the direct participation of the Bank of Russia, to form an appropriate legal framework that will create conditions for the effective implementation of new digital technologies by financial market entities.

This study explores the impact of gamification on attention span and engagement among young learners in the context of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction. Drawing from psychological theories of attention and motivation, and based on a pedagogical experiment conducted in primary school classrooms, the research investigates how game-based elements influence sustained focus and classroom performance. The Findings demonstrate that gamification significantly enhances learners’ attentional capacity, reduces distraction, and increases both motivation and academic achievement. Recommendations are made for the integration of gamified strategies in early language instruction to accommodate developmental characteristics of young learners.

This article is devoted to problematic issues that arise in connection with the ongoing informatization of our society, including its legal component. Attention is drawn to the main stages of the introduction of information technologies in law-making and law enforcement activities. The conclusion is formed that the main task at this stage is the development of a scientific concept of legal processes in the context of the development of digital technologies. This concept should be aimed at developing such a mechanism for establishing and implementing legal norms that will bring the system of law into a machine-readable form.

The purpose ot this paper is an attempt to analyze and discuss a number of specific points in the description of the characteristics-properties of the stage of “psychologization” of society distinguished by the author and to discuss the main legal consequences of this stage, in particular, with a certain concretization to the educational activity of a person. It is proposed to classify the evolutionary path of mankind with singling out the stage of “psychologization” on the basis of a certain analogy with physical objects and phenomena in the context of projecting them onto the communication component as the main one.

The need to implement advanced information systems of defence industrial complex enterprises is justified by the requirements if the legislation to the performers of the state defense order. The experience of creation and implementation of information allowed the authors to identify and formulate the main obstacles arising in the digital transformation of production. Law issues arising in the implementation of conversion processes can be resolved by making the proposed changes to the regulatory documentation.

This paper presents the author’s review of trends in changes in Russian labor legislation in connection with the ongoing processes of digitalization in the country. Some novelties, problematic and unresolved by the legislator topical issues and promising directions for further improvement of the Labor Code are noted. It is indicated that the legislation should be finalized in terms of building additional protection of personal data of citizens in the flows of electronic information exchange and with the use of various digital platforms in demand, the establishment of new social guarantees in labor relations, where the resources of the digital environment are being actively introduced. The final conclusion is made about the strengthening of public law principles in domestic labor law and, accordingly, its protective function, as well as the need to expand the limits of public administration in the field of labor in the conditions of its transition «to the figure».

Kvant kompyuterlarida hisoblash jarayonining aksariyati standart yoki “klassik” kompyuterlar yordamida hal qilib bo‘lmaydigan muammolarni hal qilish uchun kvant algoritmlaridan foydalanish imkoniyati bilan bog’liq. Kvant jarayoni tezligini oshirishning bir qancha yorqin misollari, xususan kriptografiyada va fizik jarayonlarda, magnetizm hodisalarida va sun’iy intellektga oid ilovalarda muhim ahamiyatga egadir. Keyingi yillarda muayyan fanni mustaqil o’zlashtirish uchun tayyorlangan elektron darslik yoki elektron qo’llanmalar tarkibida mustaqil o’rganuvchilarning shu fanga oid bilimlarini sinab ko’rishga oid interfaol uslubda ishlaydigan test dasturlarini yaratish zaruriy ehtiyojga aylandi. Bu borada faoliyat ko’rsatuvchilar mazkur ishda qisman foydalanishlari mumkin. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the Kazakh model of digitalization of the judiciary, based on a generalization of domestic experience in introducing digital resources into the judicial system. The study made it possible to trace the main stages of the digitalization of the judicial system, to determine the key priorities for the introduction of information and communication technologies in the activities of Kazakhstani courts, to determine their impact on the formation of a transparent and independent justice system accessible to citizens.

The article considers VAT refund as a type of tax deduction. The fundamental role in this process is played by the automated value added tax control system (hereinafter referred to as the VAT Control System), which is constantly being updated and improved. The article analyzes the working procedure and application of the "SUR ASK VAT-2" for assessing the taxpayer, determining tax risks and proving the taxpayers’ dishonesty. The problem of the lack of legal regulation regarding the information using technologies in the tax sphere in general and VAT refund in particular is noted. It is concluded that it is necessary to adopt a law in this aspect, to reflect in it the order of interaction between tax authorities and banking structures in order to identify risks, reduce them in making large transactions and the order of access to information about the participants’ property in the transaction. This article will be useful to representatives of the tax authorities of our state, as well as students of economic and legal specialties in the study of taxation problems.

This article analyzes the challenges encountered in the digital processing of images of human internal organs obtained through video endoscopy, as well as methods for addressing them. Although video endoscopic images are widely used in medicine for diagnostics and surgical planning, their quality can be degraded by factors such as insufficient lighting, noise, geometric distortions, and variations in color balance. Moreover, the biological variability of the human body and pathological differences in disease manifestation adversely affect the accuracy of artificial intelligence models. The article substantiates the relevance of applying modem algorithmic approaches, including deep learning technologies, to improve image quality and enhance diagnostic efficiency.

On the basis of legislative changes, the author analyzes in detail the electoral technologies as a set of methods used to influence the electorate, and as a way of exercising the electoral right. The author addresses the issue of legal regulation of the introduction of remote electronic voting technology. Researches the problem of interference in the electoral process and violation of sovereignty. The study formulated conclusions on the expediency of consistent implementation of a system of interrelated organizational-legal measures to prevent and minimize possible threats and risks in the electoral information campaign in a modern information and communication technology environment.

The article discusses modern problems of dissemination of false information. Particular attention is paid to the negative impact of unreliable information on the younger generation. Young people most actively use various information resources on the Internet and social networks, but due to the lack of life experience and critical thinking, and their still emerging worldview, they cannot always distinguish true facts from unreliable data. Therefore, the article emphasizes the need to increase the level of media literacy among young people and identifies the main directions of combating the spread of false information among young people.
