Legal aspects of the development of the financial sector in the conditions of digitalization
In the study, the author focuses on the development of regulatory approaches to the functioning of the financial sector in the context of digitalization. The concept of financial technology is considered. As examples, new digital solutions currently being introduced in the financial sector are indicated. The main problems associated with the implementation of digital technologies in the activities of the subjects of the financial system are revealed. It is concluded that for the successful further development of the Russian financial sector, it is necessary, with the direct participation of the Bank of Russia, to form an appropriate legal framework that will create conditions for the effective implementation of new digital technologies by financial market entities.
Learning through play: the use of gamification to enhance attention in young learners studying english as a foreign language (efl)
This study explores the impact of gamification on attention span and engagement among young learners in the context of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction. Drawing from psychological theories of attention and motivation, and based on a pedagogical experiment conducted in primary school classrooms, the research investigates how game-based elements influence sustained focus and classroom performance. The Findings demonstrate that gamification significantly enhances learners’ attentional capacity, reduces distraction, and increases both motivation and academic achievement. Recommendations are made for the integration of gamified strategies in early language instruction to accommodate developmental characteristics of young learners.

Labor legislation of Russia: trends, problems and prospects of development in the digital age
This paper presents the author’s review of trends in changes in Russian labor legislation in connection with the ongoing processes of digitalization in the country. Some novelties, problematic and unresolved by the legislator topical issues and promising directions for further improvement of the Labor Code are noted. It is indicated that the legislation should be finalized in terms of building additional protection of personal data of citizens in the flows of electronic information exchange and with the use of various digital platforms in demand, the establishment of new social guarantees in labor relations, where the resources of the digital environment are being actively introduced. The final conclusion is made about the strengthening of public law principles in domestic labor law and, accordingly, its protective function, as well as the need to expand the limits of public administration in the field of labor in the conditions of its transition «to the figure».
Kvant algoritmik hisoblarning sun’iy intellekt ilovalarda qo‘llanilishi
Kvant kompyuterlarida hisoblash jarayonining aksariyati standart yoki “klassik” kompyuterlar yordamida hal qilib bo‘lmaydigan muammolarni hal qilish uchun kvant algoritmlaridan foydalanish imkoniyati bilan bog’liq. Kvant jarayoni tezligini oshirishning bir qancha yorqin misollari, xususan kriptografiyada va fizik jarayonlarda, magnetizm hodisalarida va sun’iy intellektga oid ilovalarda muhim ahamiyatga egadir. Ushbu murakkab jarayonlarda, kvant kompyuterlari hisoblash uchun sehrli jarayon emas, balki ba’zi muammolar bilan kvant algoritmlari bilan ham hal qilishmumkin, bu holat ba’zida faqat kichik afzalliklarni beradi. Biroq, kvant kompyuterlarini simulyatsiya qilish va tahlil qilish juda qiyin bo‘lganligi sababli, ko‘plab muammolar va algoritmlar uchun tadqiqotchilar kvant algoritmlari qanday ishlashini bilishi talab etiladi. Ushbu tadqiqotda kattaroq kvant qurilmalari va kompyuterlar internetga kirishi bilan ularda kvant algoritmlarini sinab ko‘rish va kvant kompyuterlari afzallik beruvchi sun’iy intellekt orqali yangi muammolarni aniqlash mumkin bo‘ladi.
