The global banking sector has faced unprecedented challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has significantly impacted economies worldwide. This paper aims to analyze the post-pandemic revival strategies adopted by the global banking sector, using a case study approach. The study examines a specific banking institution or a group of banks to explore the strategies implemented to navigate the crisis, recover from the economic downturn, and position themselves for future growth. By conducting a comprehensive analysis of the case study, this research provides insights into the key strategies, innovations, and adaptations employed by banks to revive their operations in the post-pandemic era. The findings contribute to a broader understanding of the banking sector's resilience and inform policymakers, industry professionals, and stakeholders in formulating effective strategies for post-pandemic recovery.

This study examines the interplay between despotic leadership, self-concordance, moral emotions, and bullying behavior in organizations. Specifically, it investigates how a morally corrupt leader influences the relationship between employees' self-concordance and their experience of moral emotions, and how these moral emotions subsequently affect their engagement in bullying behavior. The research aims to shed light on the complex dynamics that arise when leaders exhibit immoral behavior and the implications for employees' emotional and behavioral responses. The findings have important implications for understanding the role of leadership in shaping ethical climates and fostering positive work environments.

This study investigates the relationship between internal resource allocation and external alliance activity in diversified firms. The aim is to understand the interactions between these two strategic processes and their implications for firm performance and competitive advantage. Drawing on resource-based theory and alliance literature, we propose that internal resource allocation decisions significantly influence the extent and nature of external alliance formation and engagement. Furthermore, we explore how the alignment between internal resource allocation and external alliance activity affects firm outcomes. Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature and empirical analysis of a sample of diversified firms, we provide insights into the complex dynamics and strategic implications of resource allocation and alliance strategies in diversified firms. The findings contribute to both theory and practice by shedding light on the interconnectedness of internal and external strategic decisions in achieving competitive advantage.

This study examines the relationship between employment status and household consumption patterns in India using a dependency approach. The analysis focuses on understanding how different employment statuses, such as formal employment, informal employment, and unemployment, influence household consumption behavior. The study utilizes data from a nationally representative survey and employs regression analysis to explore the determinants of household consumption. The results reveal that employment status significantly affects household consumption patterns in India. Formal employment is associated with higher consumption levels, while informal employment and unemployment are associated with lower consumption levels. Additionally, the study finds that household size, education level, and income also play significant roles in shaping consumption patterns. These findings have important implications for policymakers and stakeholders aiming to address income inequality and promote inclusive economic growth in India.
