CLINICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL FEATURES OF PATIENTS WITH ENDOCRINE PATHOLOGY
The autonomic nervous system plays an important role in the functioning of the human body. It regulates the work of internal organs, ensures the maintenance of homeostasis, adaptive reactions, motor and mental activity, affects immunity and emotions. In turn, the imbalance of the functional state of the patient's brain leads to disruption of the activity of nonspecific systems and is manifested by characteristic disorders in the cognitive, mental and vegetative status of the patient. The mechanism of chronic pathological adaptation is based on an automatic metabolism, genetically predetermined with the participation of the regulatory role of the nervous and endocrine systems.

The article describes the anatomy and morphology of the dandelion plant, the places of growth, medicinal properties and preparation of infusion, jam, salad. The chemical composition of Tagahasim, medicinal properties, and use in folk medicine are described.
DEVELOPMENT THE THORACIC CAGE IN THE EARLY STAGES OF THE POSTNATAL PERIOD THE INFLUENCE OF ANTENATAL DIABETES
The material of the study was 32 mature rats and their offspring. We used informative methods such as histological and histochemical, morphometric. As a result of the study, morphological changes in the bone-cartilaginous-ligamentous structure of the rib-sternal complex in the offspring obtained from pregnant rats with diabetes mellitus in the period of early ontogenesis are presented. It has been established that the negative impact of antenatal diabetes mellitus on the development of the connective tissue formation of the sterno-costal complex. This article describes the morphological changes in the anatomical structures of the rib-sternal complex in rat pups born from pregnant individuals with experimental diabetes mellitus.
ANDROGEN-SECRETING ADRENAL TUMORS
The objective of this research was to study clinical peculiarities of androgen-secreting tumors in adrenals dependent on age and gender. Among the patients with various neoplasms in adrenals (n=282), who received out-patient and in-patient treatment in the Republican Specialized Scientific Practical Medical Center of Endocrinology of the Uzbekistan Public Healthcare Ministry within the period from 2000 to 2018, androgen-secreting tumors were diagnosed in 9(3.2%) patients: 3(33.3%) men and 6(66.7%) women aged from 1.7 to 34 years old. As well as in the other groups with adrenal neoplasms, there was double prevailing of women. However, correlation of separate age subgroups was significantly different. In this group of patients specific weight of children increased (55.6%) compared to adults under 44 years old (44.4%). In spite of similar etiopathogenetic basis analysis of clinical manifestations of adrenal androgen-secreting tumors in children and adults revealed some differences. So, performed analysis confirms the presence of several symptoms in children, symptoms which are not observed in adults. On the other hand, somatic disorders in adults are more expressed than in children.
CURRENT STATE OF THE PROBLEM OF SOFT TISSUES RUPTURE DURING VAGINAL BIRTH IN WOMEN WITH DIABETES AND GESTATIONAL MELLITUS
The review article provides detailed information on the problem of soft tissue ruptures during vaginal delivery in women with diabetes and gestational mellitus. The epidemiological data of various authors on the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus, which have been studied in many countries, are presented. And the main part of the article describes the etiological features of soft tissue ruptures during vaginal delivery in pregnant women with diabetes and gestational mellitus, complication and prevention of postpartum sepsis.
PECULIARITIES OF VARICOSE VEIN DISEASE IN PREGNANCY
The article under discussion depicts peculiarities of varicose vein disease in pregnancy. Venous disease in women often complicates pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. Venous insufficiency complicates pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period and leads to increased maternal morbidity and mortality. The author of the article considers that correction of placental dysfunction, especially in the early stages, can significantly improve perinatal outcomes.
