and achievements means taking individual personality
traits into account and working on yourself in the
process.
The importance of professional culture and
acmeological criteria in the activity of a teacher. The
professional culture of a teacher and acmeological
criteria are closely related to each other. A teacher
cannot reach the professional peak without paying
attention to the development of his professional
culture. In turn, adherence to acmeological criteria
further develops the teacher's professional culture.
The following factors are important in the correct
organization of professional culture and acmeological
criteria:
-Constantly work on yourself: A teacher should pay
constant attention to his professional and personal
development. In this process, gaining new knowledge,
sharing experience, and studying modern pedagogical
technologies play an important role. Ability to self-
criticize: A teacher should recognize mistakes in his
work, analyze them, and try not to repeat these
mistakes in the future.
-Learning of best practices: By learning and
implementing advanced pedagogical practices in their
work, the teacher provides professional culture and
acmeological development.
-Creative approach: Creative approach not only
increases the professional skills of the teacher, but also
increases his effectiveness in the pedagogical process.
Methods of formation of professional culture and
acmeological criteria. There are several methods of
formation of professional culture and acmeological
criteria, which serve the professional growth of the
teacher:
-Professional training courses and trainings: It is
possible to contribute to their professional
development by organizing regular professional
training courses for teachers, introducing them to new
pedagogical methods and technologies.
- Exchange of mutual experience: Organization of
processes of exchange of experience between
teachers. For example, exchange of experience
through open classes, master classes, seminars is
important in improving the professional culture and
skills of the teacher.
- Development of a teacher's personal plan: Every
teacher should make a personal plan for his
professional development, define his professional
goals and determine the ways to achieve them.

support the mental health of teachers in the
educational system. Through psychological support
and training, teachers can be helped to overcome
obstacles in their professional development.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan paid great
attention to the professional development of teachers
and the reform of the education system. He says about
teachers and pedagogues: "Teachers and trainers are
the main foundation of society's development.
Professional development of teachers and raising their
level of knowledge is a factor that determines the
quality of education. is an art that unites". The

founders: A. A. Derkach, one of the founders of the
scientific field, analyzed the processes of professional
growth. According to his research, acmeological
criteria play an important role in the professional
development of an individual In order for teachers to
achieve high results in their activities, they should
organize these criteria correctly. According to Derkach,
a teacher should work on himself regularly in order to
reach his "acme" - that is, the highest peak of
development.
CONCLUSION
Conclusion, the teacher's professional culture and
acmeological criteria play a big role in the successful
implementation of the educational process. The
teacher's professional culture includes moral, scientific
and practical aspects of pedagogical activity and
determines the basic rules for organizing the
educational process. Acmeological criteria indicate the
directions necessary for the teacher to reach the top in
his profession, to continue his personal and
professional development. These two concepts
complement each other and serve to increase the
teacher's professional growth and efficiency.
By properly organizing his professional culture and
acmeological development, the teacher not only
develops his pedagogical activity, but also achieves
great success in the learning process of his students. In
this process, professional development, application of
new pedagogical technologies, self-assessment and
development of a personal growth plan are important.
The acmeological approach plays an important role in
the professional development of teachers and creates
opportunities for their continuous development.
