INTRODUCTION

Today, at the level of state policy, importance is
attached to the qualities of professional skills and
creativity in teacher activity. After all, in order to
develop professional skills, qualification attestations
were organized and these are being improved and
adapted to world standards. Now, if we dwell on the
qualities of creativity, methodological manuals are
being published in order to develop the qualities of
creativity. Today, it is emphasized that it is necessary to
develop the potential and talent of creative-thinking
students, to introduce modern technology and

innovations into the modified educational content. It is
known that the development of the human mind and
creative parameters went from simple thinking to deep
knowledge of reality and only then to its creative
transformation. This applies equally to the evolution of
consciousness and the work of a teacher. Nowadays,
the claim that pedagogical activity is creative in nature
has become insignificant. However, as an unskilled
worker without traditional education, it is not rare to
bring the element of creativity, therefore, on the

contrary, pedagogical activity can be built on the basis
of a model, depriving it of its original creativity.

In the Republic of Uzbekistan, serious demands are
placed on the moral image, intellectual potential and
professional skills of teaching staff. For example, in this
regard, the First President of the Republic of
Uzbekistan I.A. Karimov notes the following:

“In order

to become a teacher, to cultivate the intelligence of
others, to enjoy the benefits of enlightenment, to grow
up as a true patriot, a true citizen, first of all, the
educator himself must meet such high requirements
and have such great qualities

. should be”. [1.76] The

content of the demands placed on the person of
today's teacher can be understood from the above-
mentioned points. What should a modern teacher be
like?

Pedagogical activity is a set of activities carried out by
specially trained specialists to achieve the results
envisaged in the curriculum or a number of programs
in educational institutions, as well as other tasks of
education and its social goals.

Pedagogical activity is an activity of educating and
training people, based on the teacher's special
professional training and in the process of this activity,
conforming to the norms and rules of his personal
behavior. and can be considered as a special type of
socially beneficial activity of adults aimed at conscious
preparation for independent activity in accordance
with aesthetic goals. A necessary condition for the
success of pedagogical activity is to accept the child as
he is, to accept the other side of the mutual partner. A
resilient teacher achieves great results due to the
special tactics of shaping his behavior towards
children.

Pedagogical activity is a type of social activity aimed at
transferring the culture and experience accumulated
by mankind from the older generation to the young,
creating conditions for their personal development
and preparing them to perform certain social roles in
society.[3.278]

The purpose of pedagogical activity is generalized. In
local pedagogy, it is traditionally expressed in the
formula "comprehensive development of personality".
After reaching the individual teacher, it becomes a
specific individual environment that the teacher tries
to implement in his practice. Educational environment,
students' activities, educational team and individual
characteristics of students are distinguished as the
main objects of the goal of pedagogical activity. The
realization of the goal of pedagogical activity is related
to the solution of socio-pedagogical tasks such as
formation

of

an

educational

environment,

organization of student activities, creation of an
educational

team,

development

of

individual

characteristics of a person.

The services of N.V. Kozmina in researching
pedagogical activities, especially teacher's activity, are
great. Based on his work, the structure of teacher's
activity was determined. are

N.V. Kozmina comes to a general theoretical
conclusion that the structure of the teacher's activity
corresponds to the structure of his personality. [4.68]

V.A. Slastenin studied the personality of the teacher
and determined that education (i.e. the period of
study) and practical activity play a decisive role in the
formation of the personality of the teacher. .[5.68]

Creativity is an activity that creates new things that did
not exist before, based on the reorganization of

existing experience and the formation of new
combinations of knowledge, skills, products. [6.26.28]
Creativity has different levels. One level of creativity is
characterized by the use of existing knowledge and
expanding the scope of its application; at another level,
a completely new approach is created that changes the
conventional view of an object or field of knowledge.
Let's call the characteristics of pedagogical creativity
an integral process:

existence of a conflicting problem situation or a

creative task;

social and individual that contributes to the

development of society and individual;

social and personal significance and progress that

contributes to the development of society and

individual;

existence of objective (social, material) conditions,

conditions for creativity;

existence of subjective (personal) conditions for

creativity;

novelty and originality of the process or result.

Pedagogical activity is a continuous creative process.
However, unlike creativity in other fields (science,
technology, art), the teacher's creativity does not aim
to create something new, original, socially valuable,
because its product is always the development of the
individual. Of course, a creative teacher, even more so
an innovator, creates his own pedagogical system, but
in this situation it is a means of achieving the best
result.

Pedagogical creativity in modern literature means the
process of solving pedagogical problems in changing
conditions. A teacher, as well as any researcher,
organizes his activity according to the general rules of
heuristic research: analysis of the pedagogical
situation; designing the result according to the initial
data; analyze the means necessary to verify the
assumption and achieve the desired result; evaluation
of received information; formulation of new tasks. The
creative nature of pedagogical activity cannot be
reduced only to solving pedagogical tasks, but solving
specially selected tasks aimed at developing creative
thinking is the most important condition for
developing the creative potential of a teacher. Often,
the teacher's creative field is involuntarily narrowed,
reducing him to solving non-standard, original,
pedagogical tasks.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, it should be noted that on the basis of
pedagogical professional knowledge, the basic
principles and rules of behavior and behavior, that is,
pedagogical consciousness, are formed. Each
pedagogue creates these principles and rules based on
his own experience, but understanding them and being
able to see their laws requires constant research and
study. This is done by acquiring scientific knowledge.
The difficulty in teaching the teacher is the complexity
of acquiring professional competence, which is that
professional knowledge is formed at several levels at
once in the field. At the same time, the teacher's
creativity is important and serves as a basis for
pedagogical activity. Pedagogical creativity in the field
of personality is manifested as the teacher's self-
awareness based on self-awareness as a creative
person, defining individual paths of their professional
growth and building a self-improvement program.
