This article describes the theoretical and scientific basis of socio-psychological factors in the formation of social, personal, professional
and spiritual qualities of the student youth. Students' attitudes towards social factors, personality traits, worldviews, skills of applying theoretical knowledge in practice are covered. Particular attention is paid to radically improving the system of higher education, radically reconsidering the content of training, based on the priorities of socio-economic development of the country, creating the necessary conditions for training specialists with higher education in accordance with international standards

COVID-19 became a serious challenge for the entire world community, including Uzbekistan. All countries of the world have attempted to contain a policy to curb the spread of coronavirus infection. Since the first day of the detection of the disease, the government of Uzbekistan has taken comprehensive measures to prevent the spread of the virus, promptly organized professional free medical care for patients with Covidl9, implemented measures to support the economy, business and, most importantly, provided social support and assistance to families. Timely and effective response to the causes and consequences of Covidl9 incidence prevented the growth of mortality from coronavirus and instilled confidence of families in the future. The article presents a comparative analysis of the policies of Uzbekistan and other countries, as well as proposals for further improvement of measures in this direction.

This article examines artificial intelligence developed in the era of today’s technologies, which marks a departure from all previous industrial revolutions. As a result, scientific aspects of societal, economic, ethical, and cultural processes influenced by artificial intelligence and its impact on human life have been analyzed, particularly in recent years in the fields of education, healthcare, and service provision.

This article describe how to use the information technologies in education, both in everyday life and for distance learning, is becoming increasingly widespread throughout the world. ICTs can significantly increase the chances of people getting an education at all levels. The widespread use of ICTs in knowledge acquisition can also promote family cohesion, promote family values, prevent adverse social conditions in families, and, above all, provide training in work and access to information and communication technologies. ICT provides an opportunity to organize remote work, the performance of professional duties by a freelancer at a distance from the location of the organization where he works (at home or in the center of telecommunications services), through telecommunications and computer equipment. This article reviews and analyzes the world experience in the use of information and communication systems and technologies in the social support and rehabilitation of families, suggests the introduction of special programs for the use of ICT in the field of social protection and support of people from families in need, which are mainly narrowly focused on providing specific functions and tasks for the organization of self-help for family representatives.

This article focuses on the psychological characteristics of preschool children, the issues of quality preparation of children for school education by educators and psychologists, ways of preparing children for school education in the family, developmental characteristics of preschool children. Pedagog and psychologist the views of scientists about children's developmental characteristics are also covered. Recommendations are made regarding cooperation with parents and work to be done in preparing preschool children for school education. The role of mental and physical qualities in the development of preschool children and information on proper upbringing of children are mentioned in the article.

In this article, it became known that the benefits provided by the state play an important role in the efficient use of the household lands of the population in eliminating the problem of food insecurity. In particular, the analysis of statistical data on households and farms was studied. In our country, the practice of secondary distribution of land allocated to the population was studied, and its impact on the dynamics of production was determined. Positive and negative factors affecting the use of homestead land by the population were determined. Conclusions based on the mechanisms of financial support for homesteading and the impact of increasing land productivity, attracting new irrigation technologies, and rational, economical use of water in increasing the incomes of the population have been formed.

The article is devoted to the current issue of the level of philosophical culture and erudition of the youth of our republic at the milestone - the beginning of the III Renaissance in the development of our state. The author argues that the integration of our state into the world community, the qualitative transformation of all social relations, dictate the need to raise the spirit and national pride of our youth and people, who gave the world a whole galaxy of brilliant thinkers and encyclopedic scientists, and also show the breadth of connections against this background our ancestors with neighboring peoples and cultures, taking into account the fact that the years of independence are the time of objective knowledge of our past, our culture. The article is devoted to the review and analysis of international legal standards for the protection of human rights in the digital age, in particular the resolutions of the UN General Assembly, the UN Human Rights Council, human rights treaty bodies. The article considers international legal acts adopted to ensure a safe, inclusive and transformational digital era. The author notes that digital technologies have become the most important factor influencing the provision of human rights and sustainable development. Special attention is paid to gender aspects in the protection of human rights in the digital age. The article also discusses the measures taken in Uzbekistan to ensure fair and inclusive digitalization, ensuring and protecting human rights in the context of digital transformation. It is noted that in this case, special attention is paid to expanding opportunities for youth and women.
