Nowadays, there is an increasing need for specialists who can widely and consciously use the
knowledge they have received in educational institutions in their professional activities. One of
the areas of training young specialists is professional education. The task of the vocational
education system is to train professionally mobile specialists who can quickly adapt to constantly
changing production conditions and self-control.
As everyone knows, in the past 2017-2021, consistent work was carried out to reform the
education system in the country by implementing the tasks set out in the Strategy of Actions in
five priority areas of the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, training highly qualified
personnel in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, introducing international
standards for assessing the quality of education, and creating effective mechanisms for
implementing innovative scientific achievements in practice. At the same time, vocational
education programs were adopted by UNESCO.
In the context of global globalization processes, the need to expand the demand for education
systems as an important factor in the development of science, technology, and culture, to improve
its content, form, and teaching methods, as well as the mechanisms for effective organization and
management of educational processes in education systems, is growing. Decrees of the President
of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-4947 dated February 7, 2017 “On the Strategy of Actions
for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, No. PF-5812 dated September 6,
2019 “On additional measures to further improve the professional education system”, Resolutions
No. PQ-3775 dated June 5, 2018 “On additional measures to improve the quality of education in
higher educational institutions and ensure their active participation in the comprehensive reforms
being implemented in the country”, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 466 dated August
7, 2020 “On approval of regulatory legal acts regulating the system of continuous primary,
secondary and secondary specialized, professional education in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, 2020
The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" No. 637, approved on September 23, and
other regulatory legal acts related to this activity constitute the legal framework for the
organization and management of the educational process in professional educational institutions
.
In order to increase the effectiveness of the educational process in professional educational
institutions, special attention should be paid to the following:
-study the management activities of heads of professional educational institutions and modern
requirements imposed on them;
-study and analysis of modern approaches to the organization and management of the educational
process in professional educational institutions;
-analysis of the content, pedagogical conditions, tools and methods of managing the professional
educational process;

-study and analysis of the experience of foreign countries in organizing and managing the
educational process in professional educational institutions;
-creation of a modern model of organizing and managing educational processes in professional
educational institutions;
-formation of a strong national belief in students in increasing the effectiveness of educational
processes.
Increasing the effectiveness of educational processes in professional educational institutions
requires organizing educational processes and managing them at a high level based on the above
recommendations. Insufficient attention to one of the two, organization and management, leads to
the fact that the intended goal is not fully achieved.
In vocational educational institutions, organizational support of educational tools - their
maintenance and maintenance in working condition, modernization and timely replacement of
equipment is of great importance. One of the reasons for the poor use of educational tools by
many teachers of educational institutions is that there are many people in them who are not well
versed in technology. Fear of the technical complexity of the equipment and the difficulties that
arise when it malfunctions are the strongest psychological barrier to the widespread use of
educational tools. And the more modern and expensive they are, the less many teachers want to
use them. Therefore, it is necessary not only to familiarize the future teacher with the educational
tools of this course and the methods of their use in the lesson, but also to actively involve
educational tools in the pedagogical practice of all types of students, to give various practical
tasks on their use.
The degree of use of modern educational tools depends on the nature of the subject being taught,
the preparation and interests of students, the form of lessons, the teacher's own inclinations and
enthusiasm, available tools, software and methodological support. Three levels of use of
educational tools can be conditionally distinguished: episodic, systematic and synchronous. At the
episodic level, educational tools are used by the teacher in each case. Systematic allows you to
significantly expand the volume of information being studied and the variety of its presentation
for perception, if the teacher thoughtfully and consistently introduces modern educational tools
into the educational process. The synchronous level implies practically continuous support of the
presentation of the material through the use of educational tools throughout the entire lesson or a
significant part of it.
However, at any level of technicalization of the educational process, the leading and decisive role
belongs to the teacher, and educational tools, even in the most modern versions, are always only
his assistant. The highest level of technicalization of the educational process does not replace the
positive influence of the teacher's personality on the education of students and the upbringing of
their personal qualities.
All of the above determines the role and importance of studying educational tools and the
methods of their use in the process of professional training of future specialists and teachers who
must work in the modern information society. As a result, the curriculum for the training of
specialist personnel includes a subject called “Technical Educational Tools” or a similar one, the
purpose of which is to make each graduate of a pedagogical educational institution competent in
the use of modern technical educational tools.
In conclusion, the use of a wide range of modern educational tools in the process of professional
training allows you to significantly optimize the workload of the teacher, increase his skills
without separating him from his activities, facilitate the assimilation and memorization of
information of professional importance, help to perceive new information and form his own
attitude towards it. This, in turn, contributes to the qualitative organization of the educational
process.
