If we consider primary education as an example of a building, the builder of the foundation of this
building is the primary school teacher. The use of computers and technologies created on the basis
of a large number of teachers in the process of primary education can facilitate pedagogical work.
The results of the study of practical experience showed that the use of information technologies in
primary education is not a mass phenomenon. At the same time, innovative teachers have gained
experience in successfully implementing some directions of using information technologies in
their professional activities. The content and technology of preparing primary school teachers for
the use of information technologies in professional activities was developed. The use of
information technologies at the primary education stage brings young students to a qualitatively
new state of technological training. Reorganization of teachers' activities under the influence of
"electronic means" is carried out along with integration processes. Integrating information
technology tools with traditional teaching tools makes it possible to combine work training of
primary school students with information.
There are specific aspects of the use of modern methods of education, pedagogical and
information and communication technologies in the process of teaching subjects in the training of
future primary school teachers. Use of textbooks, educational and methodical manuals, handouts,
electronic materials, virtual stands and production samples and models of machines in working
condition, watching television and radio broadcasts related to information technology, learned
performing work methods, studying the information given in magazines and newspapers, using
media tools to find terms related to information technology, performing didactic tasks from

information sources (television, radio, audio-video recording, telephone) to be able to use; it is
important to follow media culture when opening files.
Informatization of the educational system is a process of searching for new ways of life.
Informatization of the educational system is the effective organization of the entire educational
process. Based on the latest achievements of the science, the results of the learning activities of
each student and the general team, the level of effective application of information technologies in
the educational process are determined. Informatization of the educational system is the use of
computer equipment and information technologies in the course of the lesson, achieving a new
quality indicator in education. For this, it is necessary to improve the qualifications of teachers
and provide methodical support in the wide use of information and communication technologies
in the educational process.
Difficulties in the theory and practice of the comprehensive implementation of informatization of
the educational process in primary school are accompanied by objectively existing contradictions:
- between the expected results of state investments in the development of informatization and the
actual changes in the practice of primary education;
- between the necessity of informatization of primary education and insufficient theoretical
development of this process;
- between the need to change the characteristics of the educational process in primary school in
accordance with the changing primary paradigm and the existing traditions of education and
upbringing;
- between the primary teacher's willingness to widely use modern information technologies in the
educational process and insufficient didactic and methodological support for its formation;
- between the need for new approaches to the assessment of the results of the educational process,
which are changing in the context of informatization, and the established practice of their
assessment.
The introduction of information and communication technologies into the educational process on
a large scale provides the following:
• reducing the time spent on searching for educational and scientific information by students and
professors;
• acceleration of changing the content of electronic educational literature based on the demand of
the time;
• interesting and effective organization of the educational process;
• allocation of additional time for independent education of students, etc.
World experience also shows that the prospects of using information and communication
technologies in the educational process are the organization of interactive lectures based on
multimedia technologies.
The need to overcome the identified contradictions requires the theoretical justification,
development and implementation of the comprehensive approach to the informatization of the
primary school educational process. There is still a need to form the readiness of teachers to
effectively use information technologies in primary school.

Education is an organizational process formed on the basis of the interaction of teacher and
student activities. In its center lies the mutual influence of teaching and learning activities. It is
important to separate teaching and learning activities, organize them correctly, and make wide use
of design possibilities in the process of activity implementation in the modeling of the activities of
educational subjects in elementary school classes with the help of project education. Organization
of educational activities in elementary school classes with the help of project education is
designed to establish a connection between the student and the educational material.
Project education has been used in pedagogy for more than 300 years. According to the research
of the German pedagogue M. Knoll, the emergence of the concept of "project" dates back to the
16th century, when Italian architects declared architecture a science and raised it to the level of
academic subjects. related to their attempts to turn their activities into a profession.
As a result of the emergence of the engineering profession at the end of the 18th century, the
educational project was first used in France, then in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and in the
middle of the 19th century in technical and industrial higher schools in the USA.
The term "Project" has passed from the field of technology to the field of social sciences and
means "Project (Latin "projectus") is the main idea of restructuring the state of this or that
field according to specific rules." There are different views of the project:
• a set of documents (calculations, drawings, models) prepared for the purpose of building a
building, structure or creating a specific item;
• preformed text of a document;
• plan, goal, idea.
Designing in the educational process is a purposeful educational activity specially organized by
the teacher, which ensures the student's independent action, from the search for a problem,
planning and organization of activities to solve it, to mass assessment.
During the educational process, the teacher's personal qualities, i.e. professional skills, motivation,
pedagogical skills, character, temperament, mental state, self-awareness, etc. When designing the
lim process, the teacher, as a designer and executor, chooses a convenient way to implement the
project. The principles of designing information supply serve to form information supply in the
educational process project. The principle of designing socio-economic provision means ensuring
economic feasibility. The socio-economic design of the educational process is the task of the
educational manager. Currently, the issue of modern lesson design in primary education remains
controversial. Primary education plays a key role in the school education system. The purpose of
primary education is to form the educational activities of primary school students, therefore, in
our opinion, educational activities should be based on the educational principle of modern lesson
design. Therefore, the typology of the lesson, its stages should be determined taking into account
the structure of the educational activity.
Key aspects of instructional design:
1. Setting goals and objectives
2. Selection of educational materials
3. Method and techniques

THE ESSENCE OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING
-
the teacher is required to have excellent knowledge and experience in project-based
teaching; building on existing fundamental knowledge of science in students, encouraging them to
learn new ones;
-
working together to learn real problems and forming skills in accordance with the
curriculum in the process; challenging, creative, achievable, supportable, long-term;
-
implemented step by step, aimed at directing students to the field of knowledge, skills and
lack of knowledge; to help students, teachers, schools, educational organizations to improve,
systematize and evaluate their practice by means of project-based teaching practice;
-
covering content based on social order and standards, as well as skills such as critical
thinking, problem solving, communication, self-management, project management, and
collaboration; determining the subject or curriculum being conducted based on the level of
mastery, observing the process leading from simple to complex in the cross-section of classes;
-
knowledge, understanding, understanding, teamwork, listening to others, justifying one's
opinion, responsibility, diligence, creating a chain of skills that lead to success; be able to explain
the need to create a product or make a presentation.
To sum up, the design of education in the conditions of informatization of primary education
requires the teacher to have high knowledge, potential, skills and strong knowledge of modern
information technology. Therefore, in order to design each lesson, the teacher must not only know
the necessary knowledge from that subject, but also know how to convey that knowledge to the
students based on the design. That is, first of all, the teacher should be creative and be able to
effectively use innovations. He should be able to create a lesson project and deliver it to the
student in an interesting way. Only then will it be possible to design the lesson process in today's
informational education.
