Orthopedic dentistry is a field of clinical dentistry that requires significant resources when conducting training. To acquire the relevant competencies, it is necessary to master theoretical knowledge, as well as practical skills and the ability to apply them correctly in various clinical situations. In particular, in orthopedic dentistry, an important clinical skill is the preparation of teeth for orthopedic structures. Students should know the basic rules of dental preparation, as well as possess manual skills. To do this, students acquire clinical skills and learn to work with patients who apply for an appointment at a dental clinic. For this purpose, dental phantoms arc used in the learning process. These phantoms allow students to safely and effectively teach clinical skills in the framework of prcclinical training, which significantly improve the learning process, help develop motor skills, as well as psychologically prepare future specialists to work with patients.
The comparative analysis of the physic-chemical properties of imported and domestic samples showed compliance with the physical and mechanical properties of the new alloy Stomet - 1 kz requirements of the State Standard and the international standard ISO 1562. New data were obtained on the performance properties of new domestic alloys. Designed Alloy «Stomet-Ikz» recommended to extensive clinical research in connection with the receipt of positive experimental laboratory confirmation in accordance with ISO 1562.
Studies on the rupture of the ceramic moss 'Vita-13' and 'Dizain' ot a thickness of 1.0 -1.5 mm with the new dental material Stomet-2kz showed a sufficient connection between the ceramics and the ollqy that meets the requirements of GOST, ond exceeds in absolute Values. Isolation of trace elements from the alloys Stomet-lkz into the mixed saliva is insignificant, statisticatty unreliable, with the exception of manganese, which showed on increased content during the use ofprostheses up to 7 days. The results of the conducted interdisciplinary research can serve as a valuable source of knowledge in the Held of orthopedic dentistry, and their implementation will contribute to improving the dental status of the population.
