The article focuses on the main issues relating to the state of the structure of the circulating blood vol-ume and coagulation system in 95 patients with deep burns from 10 to 35% of the body surface in the period of burn shock. It was revealed that with the deep burns in the overwhelming majority of patients a moderate de-gree of blood loss is observed, which is manifested with a BCC deficit of up to 30%, a violation of the volume of circulating plasma protein, a decrease in globular blood volume. When plasma losses in patients with extensive deep burns, there is a violation of blood coagulation and suppression of fibrinolytic activity, which correlates with the degree of burn shock
