Abstract:

In this article, the characteristics of drugs, brief information about some types of

drugs and their storage conditions, as well as comments on plants or their parts containing

biologically active substances, used for the production and preparation of medicinal plant raw

materials, are presented in this article. This article provides detailed information about

prescriptions and drugs, their types, rules of use and precautions are discussed.

Key words:

interpreting, language, prescription drugs, strong pain relievers (tramadol,

morphine), allergic reactions.

Modern medicine and pharmaceuticals are of great importance in maintaining human health.

Prescriptions and medicines recommended by doctors play a key role in the treatment of diseases.

A prescription is a list of drugs prescribed by a doctor to a patient to treat or prevent a specific

disease. Medicines affect the div and perform various functions, such as relieving the

symptoms of the disease, reducing inflammation or increasing immunity.

Prescriptions and Types of Medicines

Prescriptions and medicines are divided into different categories. Basically, there are the

following types of drugs:

1. Prescription drugs

Such drugs can be obtained on the basis of a prescription written by a doctor. They are usually

powerful and can cause side effects if used incorrectly. For example:

Antibiotics (penicillin, amoxicillin)

Strong pain relievers (tramadol, morphine)

Heart drugs (nitroglycerin, betalok)

2. Over-the-counter drugs

These drugs are sold freely in pharmacies and do not require a doctor's prescription to buy them.

They are usually used to treat mild illnesses or to reduce symptoms. For example: Paracetamol

and ibuprofen (antipyretic and pain reliever), vitamins and minerals, allergy drugs (loratadine,

cetirizine)

3. Herbal medicines and natural remedies

Medicines made from natural plants have been used since ancient times and are still popular. For

example: Herbal teas (rhubarb, ginger, peppermint), Honey and lemon (against flatulence),

Spices (ginger, turmeric - anti-inflammatory)

Rules for taking medicines correctly

Incorrect use of drugs can lead to harmful consequences. It is important to observe the following

rules:

1. Strict adherence to doctor's recommendations - Prescription drugs should be taken only in

prescribed doses.

2. Read the instructions for the medication - Each medication comes with an instruction manual

that explains how to use it and possible side effects.

3. Adhere to the time of taking medicines - Some medicines should be taken before meals and

some after meals.

4. Do not mix drugs with other substances - Drinks (such as alcohol) can alter or enhance the

effects of some drugs.

5. Paying attention to storage conditions - Each drug has its own storage rules. For example,

antibiotics can be stored in a cold place, and some drugs must be protected from sunlight.

Side Effects and Precautions of Drugs

Any drug, while having a positive effect on the human div, can also cause side effects in some

cases.

1. Allergic reactions:

Some people may be allergic to drugs. For example, antibiotics can cause symptoms such as skin

rashes, itching and swelling.

2. Gastrointestinal problems:

Some medications can cause diarrhea, constipation, or intestinal upset. In such cases, a doctor

should be consulted.

3. Drowsiness and dizziness:

Some drugs (for example, antihistamines or sedatives) cause drowsiness and dizziness, so it is

not recommended to drive a car while taking them.

4. Interaction of drugs:

When different drugs are taken together, their effect can change or increase. For example,

mixing blood thinners with some antibiotics can be dangerous.

After knowing this information, I came to the conclusion that:

Prescriptions and medications play an important role in health care. It is important for everyone

to take them correctly and follow the doctor's instructions. Natural remedies can also be used, but

a specialist should be consulted before using any medicine or herb. It is important for human

health to use medicines wisely and avoid overuse. Each of us can protect the health of ourselves

and our loved ones by using medicines carefully.
