PEDAGOGICAL TECHNIQUE IN TEACHER ACTIVITY

Annotation:
In this article deals with the art of influencing students in the teaching process,
which is an organizational form of pedagogical activity of the teacher, the delivery of
educational material through emotion, speech and nonverbal communication. The details of the
pedagogical technique are described.
Key words:

behavior, creative mood, pronunciation, speech, appearance, taste, appearance, stature, self-
confidence.
Introduction. The formation of a comprehensive system of personnel training based on the rich
intellectual heritage of the people and universal human values, and on the achievements of
modern culture, economy, science, engineering and technology, is an important condition for the
development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The potential of professors and teachers, their
pedagogical techniques are the main factors in the educational process in providing society with
highly qualified specialists, in raising a complete person, and in improving the quality of
education.
Teaching is an honorable, responsible, complex, and demanding profession, and it is also the
most difficult. art is considered. Therefore, great teacher A.S. Makarenko as he said:
“The educator must know how to organize, walk, joke, be cheerful or angry. He must behave in
such a way that his every movement educates and teaches.” L.I. Ruvinsky, noting the special
importance of pedagogical techniques in the system of pedagogical skills of a teacher, writes:
“The pedagogical technique of a teacher is a set of skills that the teacher, when seen by his
students, and allows them to communicate their thoughts and feelings through what they hear."
Pedagogical technique is an organizational form of the teacher's activity, it is the art of
influencing students during the teaching process, conveying the educational material through
emotions, speech and non-verbal communication.

Pedagogical equipment - following structural from parts organization found:
teacher's own actions management;

constructive qualification;
communicative qualification.
Mimics are feelings, thoughts, mood, psychological It is the art of being able to convey a state or
emotion with the help of facial muscles. Sometimes students are asked to draw a teacher's face
his expression and gaze have a stronger effect than his words. Mimic movements and
expressions increase the emotional value of information and create an opportunity for deep
assimilation.
Facial expressions should not negatively affect the students' mood for learning. It is important
not to bring worries at home, at work, or in a depressed mood into the classroom. The most
important parts of the face that express a person's mood are the eyes and eyebrows. The soul of a
person is visible in their eyes. Emotions such as curiosity, discontent, surprise, joy, trust, and
respect can be expressed through facial expressions.
Pantomime is a movement of the div, arms and legs. The teacher uses the entire div and div
parts to convey the main goal, the teaching, to the students through his image. Correct posture
and pronunciation indicate the teacher's confidence and knowledge. Therefore for teacher the
most first in class, students in front of correct to stand to study necessary.

During the lesson, stand upright, feet 12-15 cm apart, one leg slightly forward. Especially when
you want to convey important information, take one or two steps forward. In some cases, the
teacher's retreat means giving the students a short break. The gesture should be pleasant, graceful,
and beautiful. Hand movements should not be too sharp and intense. Instead, hand movements
should be in a circular shape, helping to confirm, deny, and enhance the impact of the thought.
The most important thing in pedagogical techniques is the teacher's self-control. The teacher
should be able to see himself through the eyes of the students. The teacher's appearance should
be aesthetically pleasing, with high taste. His appearance, facial expression, gestures, posture,
beautiful gait, and clothing should be directed towards a single goal, namely, to have an effective
impact on the educational formation of the students' personalities.
The teacher's own actions management following types available:
by itself confidence, optimism;
control
his
behavior
to take
itself persuasion (Autogenous exercises).
The teacher should have a culture of speech, present the educational material in an artistic, fluent,
understandable language, and not contain colloquial words in his speech. Diction (pronunciation)
in speech is important, correctly emphasizing words. The speed of speech, the intonation of
words, observance of pauses constitutes the rhythm of the speech. Timbre in speech - of the
voice juiciness, melody, openness and slope is important. The teacher's Too much shouting or
speaking too softly, or explaining at the same pace, can turn off students' interest and make them
indifferent. Therefore, the teacher's speech should always be confident and able to attract
everyone's attention. The clarity, beauty, artistic, and fluency of the speech depend on the
teacher's vocabulary, which encourages students to be active.
The teacher's to the team and to the person impact this to take qualification consists of :
didactic skills (delivering knowledge and educational material to students using the most
effective methods and tools);
organization qualification (team) about complete to the information owner to be and manage it
skillfully);
constructive qualification (lesson) and from class outside the process correct organization verb);
communicative qualification (education) teacher recipient conversation positive to set up ).

Conclusion. In order to acquire pedagogical techniques, first of all, professional and pedagogical
self-education is necessary. Because pedagogical technique has individual personality. Having
sufficient pedagogical techniques in teaching activities - self-control, maintenance of a healthy
nervous system, and prevention of emotional and mental stress.
