Аннотация

Culture as a one of a kind system of human pastime includes labor endeavor to create fabric and spiritual wealth and certainly mental, intellectual exercise of a person (in a narrower experience only his creativity). The region and role of way of life in society are great. It interacts with economics, politics, law, ethics, morality, determines their content. Based on the above discussion, we can conclude that cultural boundaries refer in particular to one-of-a-kind social norms recommended and enforced by way of various social corporations called norm circles. Social norms govern special traditions, practices, customs, and approaches of thinking that are considered to he attribute of exceptional cultures.

Abstract.

Culture as a one of a kind system of human pastime includes labor

endeavor to create fabric and spiritual wealth and certainly mental, intellectual
exercise of a person (in a narrower experience only his creativity). The region and role
of way of life in society are great. It interacts with economics, politics, law, ethics.
morality, determines their content. Based on the above discussion, we can conclude
that cultural boundaries refer in particular to one-of-a-kind social norms
recommended and enforced by way of various social corporations called norm circles.
Social norms govern special traditions, practices, customs, and approaches of thinking
that are considered to be attribute of exceptional cultures.

This topic is relevant because many researchers believe that culture arose, first of

all, under the influence of social demands and needs. First of all, society needed to

consolidate and transfer spiritual values which, outside the social forms of human life,

could perish along with the author of these values. Society, thus, gave a stable and

successive character to the process of creating values. In society, the accumulation of

values became possible, culture began to acquire a cumulative character of

development. In addition, society has created opportunities for the public creation and

use of values, which has led to the possibility of their faster understanding and testing

by other members of society.

First of all, it is fundamental to emphasize the idea. that the concept of "culture"

is one of those general historical categories that are valid for all eras. Culture arises

together with the appearance of mankind on earth, and each step of a person along the

path of social progress was at the same time a step forward in the development of

culture, each historical epoch, each special form of society had its own.

revolutionary method of cultivating grain, hence the term agriculture or the art of

farming arose. But in the 18th and 19th centuries they began to use it in relation to

erudition, he was considered "cultured". Then this term used to be utilized more often

than not to aristocrats in order to separate them from the "uncivilized" common people.

value to future generations. The meaning of these terms in the context of cultural

significance comprise aesthetic value which includes aspects of sensory perception for

which criteria such as form, scale, color, texture, design and material of the fabric is

important; Historic value encompasses the actions of historic figures, historic events,

phases or activities. Significance in this category will be greater where evidence of the

association or event survives in situ, or where the setting is substantially intact,

compared with examples where its intactness has changed or evidence has not survived.

Scientific value embodies research potential of a place or the degree to which the place

structure the core of a common cultural code.

There are no constraints on the human mind, no walls around the human spirit, no

barriers to our progress except those we ourselves erect by Ronald Reagan.
