Improving the interest of teenagers in learning English, encouraging them to be

actively involved in the educational process is an important pedagogical task. This
article will consider ways to success in learning English, ways to learn the language,
as well as the use of innovative techniques, as well as the use of innovative techniques.

During today's globalization, learning foreign languages, especially English, is

becoming a need for everyone. Learning English, especially for adolescents, is also
important not only to expand English, but also in preparation for future education and
professional competition. At the same time, the adolescence is an important stage of
human personality formation, and during this period, approaches require consideration
of care and individual characteristics.

The teacher's role should be large to inspire adolescents to learn English, and it

must try to promote students' internal motivation, to form a positive attitude to language
learning and organize this process with creative and interactive methods. This article
will analyze the psychopedagogical aspects of working with adolescents, ways to
inspire them to learn English and effective methods. It also covers topical issues of
strengthening motivation based on modern approaches.

In the process of learning English, there are different ways to inspire adolescents,

and they serve to increase the efficiency of education. The adolescence is a
psychological and socially complex period, during which young people are forming
their identity, developing various relationships on education. Therefore, it is important
to maintain the interest of students and encourage them to succeed in English.

The language learning of teenagers is directly affected by the success of the

educational process. There are two main types of motivation: internal and external
motivation. Internal motivation comes from the interest of the learner to learn the
language for himself. Such motivation is often derived from the need for a student's

interest, or its desire to integrate into the social environment, or self-expression.
Outdoor motivation encourages the reader to learn the learner to avoid a specific
reward or punishment, for example, to get a good assessment or at the request of the
parents.

Particular attention should be paid to the development of internal motivation to

inspire young English language learning. To do this, it is important to explain students
the importance of English in everyday life, to show the benefits of language learning
and take into account their personal interests. It also increases the motivation to allow
teenagers to express themselves in a free and interesting process in learning, involve
them in creative activities, create opportunities to apply their knowledge in practice.

Modern pedagogical methods and technologies are an important tool to inspire

teenagers to learn English. Internet resources, mobile applications, interactive games
and other multimedia helps to make the language learning process more interesting and
effective. For example, video lessons, audio materials and online tests, facilitates
language learning for adolescents and increases their interest.

Since teenagers are always active on the Internet, they can be very effective to

offer online learning platforms. In the study of English, they are given the opportunity
to assess themselves by new technologies, encourage them to read more active and
independent reading. The establishment of regular dialogue between group affairs,
collaborative study, videocopos, also serves to increase motivation.

It is very important to consider the personal characteristics of each student in

working with teenagers. Their interest, needs, individual approaches to learning is one
of the main factors in ensuring the success of language learning. Through personalized
education, students are taken into account the specifics, methods and opportunities of
learning, which will further motivate students.

For example, some teenagers can prefer to learn by hearing by hearing by hearing

visual materials. Therefore, in the process of learning English, it is very important to
choose methods and materials to each reader. In teaching students, choosing themes to
compatible with their personal interests and needs help students feel free during the
education process.

Conclusion

Inspiring them to learning English is an important part of the pedagogical process.

Taking into account the specific psychological and social characteristics of this age
period, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of students' internal
motivation. Internal motivation strengthens the interest of students in language learning
and the desire to succeed.

Innovative pedagogical methods, technologies and interactive approaches make

education, taking into account the personal needs and abilities of adolescents, ensures
their active participation and contributes to self-development.

A comprehensive approach to the study of adolescents to the learning of English

is required, in which the conformity of the language is one of the key factors in
increasing the efficiency of the language learning process.
