Assessment of the functional state of the cardiovascular system in case of burn disease

Data of retrospective analysis of 190 histories of patients with a burned howling disease given. Patients were diveded into 4 groups, depending on the severity of the burn disease. And during the shock period blood pressure slightly increased in the erectile phase and decreased in the torpid. And prognostically unfavorable cases already in the carly periods revealed persistent hypotension. Pain in the heart tachycardia, hyponetsion were noted in patients with moderate severity of the burn disease. With a mild degree of disease moderate tachycardia was observed and a sligh increase in maximum blood pressuare was observed. In patients with burns of I-II degree occupying less than 10 % of the surfaces of the body, the burn disease did not clinically appear
