Cerebrovacular diseases can for a long time only be manifested by cognitive impairment. More than 1/3 of the examinations revealed discirculatory encephalopathy of the 1 st stage, mild and moderate cognitive im-pairment appeared in the first and second stages of discirculatory encephalopathy (DE). Symptoms of anxiety in patients with chronic cerebrovascular pathology in 92,8% of cases were observed in stage II stage discircu-latory encephalopathy due to arterial hypertension and in 89,6% with second stage discirculatory encephalo-pathy due to essential arterial hypertension(EAG)
