Annotation

. In The article discusses the recent development of a foam concrete add-on for Fibo mobile batching

plants. This new addition allows contractors and builders to produce high-quality foam concrete on-site, reducing
transportation costs and making it easier to work with.

Maqolada Fibo mobil beton zavodlari uchun ko'pikli beton ustki tuzilishining yaqinda ishlab

chiqilganligi muhokama qilinadi. Ushbu yangi qo'shimcha pudratchilar va quruvchilarga o'z o'rnida yuqori sifatli
ko'pikli beton ishlab chiqarish imkonini beradi, transport xarajatlarini kamaytiradi va ishlarni soddalashtiradi.

Maqolada ko'pikli beton va uning afzalliklari, masalan, yengil, energiya samaradorligi va ko'p qirraliligi bilan

tanishtiriladi. Fibo mobil beton zavodlaridan foydalanishning afzalliklari, masalan, ularning moslashuvchanligi,
samaradorligi, sifati va iqtisodiy samaradorligi muhokama qilinadi. Maqolada yangi ko'pikli beton qo'shimchasi
batafsilroq tavsiflanadi, uning qanday ishlashi va u taqdim etadigan afzalliklari tushuntiriladi.

Introduction.

In the construction industry, the demand for lightweight and energy-efficient

materials has been increasing rapidly. Foam concrete is one such material that has gained popularity
in recent years. It is a type of lightweight concrete that contains small air bubbles or foam in the
mixture. The foam acts as a lightweight filler, reducing the overall weight of the concrete, while still
maintaining its strength and durability.

The most basic definition of foamed concrete is that it is ‘mortar with air bubbles in it.’ The

air content of foamed concrete may be up to 75% air by volume.

Foamed Concrete can be placed easily, by pumping if necessary, and does not require

compaction, vibrating or levelling. It has excellent resistance to water and frost, and provides a high
level of both sound and thermal insulation. It is very versatile, since it can be tailored for optimum
performance and minimum cost by choice of a suitable mix design. The fact that foamed concrete
can be made using different mix designs means that it is not a single product. With the exception of
pre-cast units, foamed concrete cannot be bought ‘off the shelf’. Foamed concrete is nearly always
made on-site and it is made using a mix design specifically selected for each application or job.
Although the material is called foamed concrete, it is not really concrete at all. Foamed concrete is

actually foamed mortar, where the mortar is made from either cement and water or sand, cement and
water. Foamed concrete does not contain aggregates.

Foam concrete has a number of advantages over traditional concrete, including:
Lightweight: Foam concrete is typically 20-50% lighter than traditional concrete, making it

easier to transport and install.

Strong and durable: Foam concrete has a compressive strength of up to 10 MPa, which is

comparable to traditional concrete.

Good insulation properties: Foam concrete has good thermal and acoustic insulation

properties, making it ideal for use in energy-efficient buildings.

Fire resistant: Foam concrete is fire resistant and can withstand temperatures of up to 1000

degrees Celsius.

Versatile: Foam concrete can be used for a wide range of applications, including insulation,

Methods.

There are two main methods for producing foam concrete:

distributed throughout the mixture using a mixer.

Mix-foaming. In the mix-foaming method, the foaming agent is added to the concrete mixture

and mixed using a mixer. The shearing action of the mixer creates a stable foam in the concrete
mixture.

The pre-foaming method is generally used for large-scale production of foam concrete, while

the mix-foaming method is generally used for small-scale production.
