Tools such as DeepL and Google Translate demonstrate the capabilities of machine translation and neural networks process and deliver texts with increasing sophistication. While AI undoubtedly enhances eciency, its widespread adoption raises critical concerns, particularly regarding its impact on the development of human translational skills. Overreliance on AI tools may hinder studentsâ engagement with core linguistic competencies and reduce their ability to think critically during translation tasks [2].
