Abstract

. Nutq buzilishi autizm spektr buzilishi (ASD) bilan kechuvchi bolalarda eng keng tarqalgan simptomlardan biridir. Ushbu buzilishlar bolaning tashqi muhit bilan aloqasini cheklab, ta’lim olish va ijtimoiy moslashuv jarayoniga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Zamonaviy nevrofiziologik yondashuvlar orasida transkranial magnit stimulyatsiya (TMS) nutq faoliyatini tiklash va rivojlantirishda istiqbolli usullardan biri sifatida qaralmoqda. TMS usuli miya po‘stlog‘ining til va nutq bilan bog‘liq sohalarini, xususan Broka zonasi va supplementar motor maydonlarini stimulyatsiya qilish orqali ishlaydi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatmoqdaki, autistik bolalarda bu zonalarga past yoki o‘rta chastotali TMS seanslari o‘tkazilganda, nutq chiqarish, artikulyatsiya va semantik tushunish qobiliyatlarida sezilarli yaxshilanishlar kuzatilgan. Ba’zi klinik sinovlarda bolalar 10–15 seansdan so‘ng qisqa so‘z birikmalari va emotsional ifodalar bilan muloqotga kira boshlagan.

Annotatsiya.

Nutq buzilishi autizm spektr buzilishi (ASD) bilan kechuvchi bolalarda eng

keng tarqalgan simptomlardan biridir. Ushbu buzilishlar bolaning tashqi muhit bilan aloqasini
cheklab, ta’lim olish va ijtimoiy moslashuv jarayoniga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Zamonaviy
nevrofiziologik yondashuvlar orasida transkranial magnit stimulyatsiya (TMS) nutq faoliyatini
tiklash va rivojlantirishda istiqbolli usullardan biri sifatida qaralmoqda.

Bugungi kunda autizm spektr buzilishiga chalingan

bolalarda nutq rivojlanishining kechikishi yoki umuman yo‘qligi dolzarb nevrologik va psixologik
muammolardan biridir. Klassik terapiya usullari ayrim hollarda yetarli natija bermaydi. Shu bois,
neyromodulyatsion usullar – xususan, transkranial magnit stimulyatsiya (TMS) – bu boradagi
istiqbolli yechim sifatida qaralmoqda.

Tadqiqot natijalari va klinik kuzatuvlar:

Yevropa va AQShda o‘tkazilgan klinik

tadqiqotlarda ASDli bolalarga TMS terapiyasi qo‘llanilganda quyidagi ijobiy o‘zgarishlar qayd
etilgan:

- So‘z boyligi va frazalar sonining ortishi;
- Artikulyatsiya va talaffuzda yaxshilanish;
- Emotsional reaksiyalarning kuchayishi;
- Ko‘z bilan aloqa o‘rnatish chastotasining oshishi;
- Stereotipik harakatlarning kamayishi.

O‘zbekiston sharoitida joriy qilish imkoniyatlari:

Hozirgi kunda O‘zbekistonda TMS

texnologiyasi ayrim sohalarda qo‘llanmoqda. Biroq, ASDda bu soha hali rivojlanmagan.
Quyidagilar zarur:

1. Maxsus markazlarni TMS apparatlari bilan jihozlash;
2. Mutaxassislarni xalqaro standartlar asosida tayyorlash;
3. Klinik tadqiqotlarni tashkil etish;
4. Reabilitatsiya markazlarini tashkil etish;
5. Oilalar uchun psixoedukatsion dasturlar ishlab chiqish.

Xulosa:

TMS autizm spektr buzilishidagi nutq buzilishlarini davolashda istiqbolli va

zamonaviy usul hisoblanadi. U neyroplastiklikni faollashtirish orqali miya funksiyalarini tiklashga

yordam beradi. O‘zbekistonda bu sohani rivojlantirish uchun ilmiy, texnik va kadrlar bazasini
kengaytirish talab etiladi.
