HYGIENE OF THE LABOR AND REST PROCEDURE OF SCHOOL STUDENTS

The hygiene of the work and rest routine of school students is an important factor in ensuring healthy development and learning efficiency. A properly organized daily routine strengthens the physical, mental and intellectual state of students, prevents fatigue and increases labor productivity. Compliance with hygienic standards of study, rest, eating and sleeping times forms a healthy lifestyle in children. An incorrect routine leads to a decrease in attention, fatigue and health deterioration. Therefore, the hygienically correct organization of the work and rest processes of students is one of the important directions of the educational process.
