CORPORATE GOVERNANCE MODELS IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES
This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of corporate governance models formed in developed countries, their features, advantages and disadvantages. The study provides a comparative study of the Anglo-Saxon, continental (European), Japanese and hybrid models of corporate governance, identifying the main differences and similarities between them. It also highlights the prospects for introducing corporate governance experience for Uzbekistan.
