CONSTITUTION — THE GUARANTEE OF A FREE AND PROSPEROUS LIFE
Abstract
This article analyzes the role of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the life of society and the state, its role in ensuring human rights and freedoms, its importance in building a prosperous society, and its tasks in legally strengthening reforms. Also, the contribution of the new edition of the Constitution to strengthening democratic principles, forming a strong civil society, and establishing a system that honors human dignity is commented on a scientific and theoretical basis.
