This article examines the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the context of Uzbekistan. It analyzes national legislation adopted on the basis of the Convention, as well as reforms in the fields of inclusive education and social protection. The article also highlights existing challenges in the implementation of the Convention and provides recommendations for addressing them. The results of the study reveal the effectiveness of state policies aimed at ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities in Uzbekistan.References
