Abstract

The article “Nature’s Pharmacy: Effective Methods of Treatment Without Antibiotics” explores the role of natural remedies and traditional medicine in maintaining human health and preventing diseases. It discusses herbal infusions, medicinal teas, diets enriched with vitamins and minerals, aromatherapy, meditation, and physiotherapy, which help activate the body’s natural defense mechanisms, enhance immunity, and combat infections. The article also examines the adverse effects of excessive antibiotic use and provides practical recommendations for replacing them with safe and effective natural methods. This study aims to promote healthy lifestyles, prevention, and natural therapy, as well as demonstrate the effective integration of traditional medicine with modern pharmacological approaches. The article encourages readers to use natural remedies responsibly, prevent infections, and maintain health without relying on antibiotics.
