This article analyzes the harmful effects of tobacco products (smoking, electronic cigarettes, snuff) on the functions of the liver and lungs based on scientific data. Toxic substances in tobacco smoke such as nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide disrupt oxidation processes in the liver, reduce detoxification ability, and decrease lung elasticity. Long- term tobacco consumption increases the risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), fatty liver, and cirrhosisReferences
