Abstract

This article provides an extensive overview of the role of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the lives of young people, as well as the legal guarantees, educational, labor, social protection, and personal development opportunities created for them. It highlights the priority directions of youth policy in the development of New Uzbekistan, analyzing the strengthened norms of the renewed edition of the Constitution and their impact on real life from scientific-theoretical and analytical perspectives. Additionally, the article generalizes issues related to youth activity in society’s development, civic duty, responsibility, and the formation of legal awareness.
