Pesticides Reproductive Organs Hemodynamic System Early Postnatal Ontogenesis Microcirculation Endothelium Toxicity Rats.Abstract
This study investigates the impact of pesticides on the hemodynamic state of reproductive organs in rats during early postnatal ontogenesis. It was shown that exposure to chemical substances induces morphological changes in the capillary network, endothelial damage, reduced microcirculation, and functional impairments of reproductive organs. The results indicate a dose-dependent toxic effect and confirm the high sensitivity of the early postnatal period to chemical toxicants. The findings are relevant for toxicology, environmental risk assessment, and the development of preventive strategies.References
